I have been to this Aladdin’s many times but my most recent experience was with an online order. We placed an order using the website and I went to pick it up, and upon returning home I discovered that the pint of Len-Chili soup I ordered had chicken in it. After double checking our order receipt to be sure we ordered it without any chicken, I called the store to request a refund. They were quick to get the manager on the phone and she was happy to issue a refund. I then decided to mention that I was pretty bummed, because I am vegan and this was my first dinner after a 5 day fast and I was so excited for this soup. It isn’t in my nature to have shared all that, but I felt compelled to share that even though this order item was wrong, it wasn’t going to be eaten and I didn’t want to drive back to the store to pick up a replacement. The manager I was speaking to, Kelly, insisted that she would drive over a new soup to me, without chicken. I told her it wasn’t necessary, I just wanted her to know. She was persistent and because I really was looking forward to that soup, I agreed. She showed up shortly after with a full quart of Len-Chili (no chicken) and it was AMAZING. I am a long time patron of all the Aladdin’s restaurants, but this service from the Middleburg Heights location was truly ABOVE and BEYOND. I am grateful for the amazing food, the variety of vegan and gluten free options, and the incredible team of people working at Aladdin’s to ensure that everyone has an incredible experience. I have celiac disease so I am very allergic to gluten And every time I visit this chipotle they are very friendly and very good about taking all the precautions to avoid cross-contamination. Always my favorite one to go to!!!

Great Zoup Eatery with excellent customer service and outstanding Vegan and Gluten Free Soup selections. Very clean restrooms and the atmosphere is a great place to have lunch or dinner with very happy vibes and fast service .

First and foremost I'd like to mention that Melissa was great. She was very honest in giving her opinion and answering any of my concerns. I don't eat meat and I can't have gluten. She explained how the hash browns are cooked on the same grill as the bacon and the home fries are cooked in the same fryer as the chicken. That really helped me make my decision as to what I wanted to get. She's a great asset to the establishment.

We come here regularly and the staff is always nice and knowledgeable. The food is fine, though the veggies with my fish or eggs are always cold. We often have to wipe our own table. No gluten-free options, other than food that naturally comes gf.

I didn't know they had a gluten free sandwich bread and even a cookies option for dessert. Subway better stuff it up, because $15-17 salad is what I can eat there. Thank you... Price is ok, but to be able to eat normal. The sandwich was amazing and fresh. The took there gloves off and clean the counter.. 10/10..

Love their cauliflower/gluten free crust pizza delicious! The breaded zucchini with ranch is also a great choice, good service and barely a wait time with quick seating.

Wonderful little restaurant with lots of food options. My husband enjoyed the Mt. Middleburg & I got the chicken salad croissant. I was happy to see some gluten free and vegan options too. We'll definitely be going back again.

Gluten free options. Any sandwich on lettuce wraps. Fries only fried in peanut oil,no coatings & awesome drink machine. Thank You for options and a great place to eat.

Subway is a reliable meal of good food (LOVE the bread) and can be fairly healthy. You just have to know how to order. They also have protein bowls and salads that give fairly yummy gluten free options (mind you, good chance of unintentional cross contamination but that's true for most restaurants). This location in particular has great staff. The people who work there are so friendly and kind. And patient when I have my kid(s) with me. It's nice to know the Subway closest to me is the best one to visit all around.

Mikaela, our server was wonderful. She gave us great service and great 1st experience. Our meals were delicious. I got the double chicken breast dinner with roasted potatoes and grilled zucchini and absolutely loved it. The chicken was juicy and the zucchini was grilled perfectly. We will be back for more. (Good meal for gluten restrictions)

4 stars? Why? So I love Firstbwatch....but....I have a small nit pickey gripe. My most recent vist my fiancée ordered a Mint mocha coffee with lite ice...it's a $5+ drink. It was about an inch under filled. I then ordered my 3nd iced coffee lite ice they also did not fill it to the rim. It was easily an inch low. I'll get a pic next time. Gluten-free options. Million dollar bacon is phenomenal. Next visit i will still ask for lite ice. If it comes low I might have the gall to ask them to actually fill it.

I love their soups. So does my family. The Mac and Cheese grilled sandwiches crack me up but my 6yo thought it was awesome. I wish they had more gluten free options. I understand there's a good chance of cross contamination but it's such good food. Better than most "fast food" on the area.

Just tried this place for Pizza week, and it is my new favorite pizza place!! There's nothing like a NY slice, and they nailed it. My kids are pizza experts lol, and they give it a 10/10. I'm gluten free and went nuts over the pizza fries. You can add whatever toppings you want, and I recommend the banana peppers. Salad was nice and fresh too. My husband said that was the best cannoli he's ever had. Mostly a place for pick-up but two small tables inside will let you meet the friendly masterminds who run this joint. Such nice people. It really felt like a small pizza shop in NY where you can pop in to grab a slice to take with you and a few seats if you wanna stay and eat. Their pizza week special is a good deal as you get a medium pizza for just $9. We will definitely be back.
