I love pizza and recently love getting a cauliflower crust. I'm not gluten sensitive but I love the rich flavor with low calorie. I recently got a cauliflower crust with fresh mozz, basil, Oregano, arugula, pepperoni, green pepper, spinach, and broccoli. It was amazing.I drizzled it with chilli oil.

Food was tasty. Server was friendly, with just a hint of attitude to keep the banter lively. I appreciate the option for gluten-free buns. Beer selection was decent. Only eaten there once, but would return.

Better service than a 5 star restaurant. I also found out after the fact they give a military discount. I'll definitely be back. Being gluten free, the staff was hands down the most trained group I have ever encountered at a restaurant from walking In the door to walking out, immaculately clean restaurant and bathrooms. This place has their customer service down to a science

I didn't have a good experience yesterday. I went online and ordered a gluten-free pizza with extra sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and thick cut pepperoni. I also said no Romano cheese and put in a special request for lots of sauce on my pizza. They handed me the pizza and I went outside to my car and noticed that the pizza had extra sauce, pepperoni, thick cut pepperoni, and ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE. I went back inside and had them remake the pizza and it was wrong again. The second pizza had extra mozzarella cheese, which I did not ask for, pepperoni, thick cut pepperoni, and NO EXTRA SAUCE. I was tempted to go back inside and have them make the pizza a third time but at that point, I just gave up and left. This may be a stupid question but, what is the point of having a "customize" option on the website if the person making the food is not going to pay attention to it? This is also the second time that I've come to this location and order the same Pizza and it was not made correctly. The last time it happened, I didn't check with the pizza until I got home before I realized it had no extra sauce. Maybe one day, I'll be able to go to this restaurant and order food and it will actually be right. With two trips and three messed up pizzas, I really don't have much confidence in this restaurant right now. ☹️☹️☹️

About a month ago I had issue at this restaurant and sent a lengthy email but never heard back. Last week I had another issue so I'm posting both here since management doesn't respond to emails.
I hit this Mad Mex for takeout on the way out of town to a few destinations. Last month I placed a pretty large order (almost $100) online. Because the online modification system is lacking things like "no tortilla" for salads and "sauce on the side" for tacos, I had to call in to make modifications for food allergies. The woman who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to let me finish my sentence and told me to "call back later because they were busy". I explained about the food allergies and she begrudgingly wrote down what I said. When I arrived, I stood at the bar for almost 5 minutes with no employee behind the bar. When someone brought the food out, everything I requested was not actioned. Tortillas on an order for a gluten free person. Sauce on things. Forgot the salad dressing. I caught what I could but some things were discovered when we cut food open.
Last week I called to place a takeout order to grab before I hopped on the turnpike. To be honest, I didn't want to give them my money but the food options in Monroeville are mostly junk. I called 3 different times and nobody picked up. Then I called Greentree to ask if Monroeville was closed. The manager put me on hold, called Monroeville AND the manager and couldn't reach anyone (5 mins of hold). I called Monroeville back about 5 mins later and someone magically answered! I placed my order and when I got there, there were 2 (2!) customers. Why was nobody answering? Definitely didn't have anything to do with the employee eating Chik Fil A in the back booth on her phone or the entire pan of cake they had for some kind of employee party.
I don't tip on takeout anymore no matter where I'm calling and Mad Mex was the main impetus for this. About 50% of the time something is wrong or missing with my order but in 2025, my expectations are so low, what can you do.

Since I have been on a gluten-free diet for the past 3 years, their gluten-free hamburger bun is the best I have ever had. The hamburger and fries were delicious, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
EDIT: Tonight 6/19 was my third visit to this location, and better than ever. The food was great and the service, as always, was excellent. Gabriela was my waitress the last time, and she did very well for being new at the job. Naya was my server for the second time tonight, and she was pulling double duty as hostess and waitress. Kudos to Naya, Gabriela, the cooks, and the entire staff.
(And why doesn't Google want you to review the same place more than once?!? C'mon, Google!)

The food is really good, especially for a franchise restaurant. The cost isn't all that bad either. The menu has gluten free options.
Beautiful dessert menu. The beverage selection is impressive and offers a wide range of choices including alcohol and na drinks, fine wines, beers, mixed drinks and my favorite the limonada. I took off a star because there is always room for improvement and our waiter had an attitude problem. All in all it was a good choice for the night.

Good food and staff. I must eat gluten free and both hostess and waitress were informative and kind about what I could eat. I felt safe and food was delicious. Wine from Italy was available and we order a white and a red. Both excellent. No gf goodie at the end but I was too full even if there were optons.

Sushi was pretty good, best egg Rolls, and wonton soup was great. Lemon chicken had the best lemon sauce I've ever had probably though chicken was a little too thin/dry but breading was good. If the chicken was a little thicker it would have been the perfect consistency.
The general tsos chicken was very overcooked and chewy, and moo goo gai pan was somewhat bland (though the dish usually kinda is anywhere) with too much corn starch making it gloopy rather than saucy, but everything in that dish was cooked perfectly.
They have a nice big menu with decent prices except for a few of their special dishes. They are known to be gluten free friendly. Ate twice and bf had no issues.
Spacious eatery with gluten-friendly pizzas including vegan options, set in a chill bar atmosphere.

Food - Great happy hour week days 5-7pm and Friday & Saturday 9-11pm - 1/2 off craft beer and $6 Personal 1 topping pizzas, Pierogis, 5 Wing Dings or Mozzarella Sticks. Daily specials including Tuesday all you can eat wings for $16 & Thursday 1/2 price apps. Gluten friendly (cross-contamination possible), vegetarian and vegan options (Velma Pizza👍). There are a lot of wing sauce/rub offerings but I usually stick with Buffalo style. The "Hot" is too mild and the "Cry to Mommy" melts porcelain with nothing in the middle. Ask for well done wings on wing night or risk them being underdone.
Service - staff seems to all be split between the bar and dining area. I usually sit at the bar and a few times I've sat waiting for a refill on my drink or for my bill because nobody was behind the bar and my server was all the way in the dining room all the way on the other side of the building.
Atmosphere - typical sports bar
