This was my first Gringo’s experience and it was awesome. Jackie was very knowledgeable and as soon as she realized I was looking for gluten free items, she was quick to grab a menu and point out her favorites. She also asked about what the timeframe was that we were able to be at the location to help get us out the door in a timely manner. The bathrooms were clean and roomy, which is always nice.

Exemplary Service!!! Excellent attention to detail and care around extensive and severe food allergies. Amazing selection even with my food limitations. I don't often eat out due to my allergies, but Margaret and her staff were truly superb. I called the day before to ask about an allergy menu and spoke to Margaret, who conferred with the head chef on the spot to get the information. She was so kind and helpful that I immediately felt welcomed even before stepping foot into the restaurant. Upon arrival, I informed the host about my allergies so that the server, Miguel, wouldn't be blindsided. Margaret came to the table with Miguel to introduce herself and confirm that we had spoken the day before and was amazing about checking in every step of the way. Extremely enjoyable experience. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be returning. Thank y'all so much for making a usually stressful process so easy, comforting and a true joy.
