We stopped by after a busy day. It was late and they were within 30 min of closing. The hostess was gracious and welcomed us with a warm smile and positive energy.
Our server was Brandon who made us forget that customer service is a lost art. He was incredibly attentive, had amazing recommendations, and made sure every part of our experience was perfect. We haven’t had a server as good as Brandon in years.
We recommend the smoked barrata as an appetizer and their wood fired pizza (so delicious and authentic). We also sampled their gluten free crust which was incredibly light and fluffy…wow! We didn’t have the pasta but it looked amazing. They also have a number of impressive desserts, to include a decadent chocolate soufflé and classic gelato.
Good wine list, both by the glass and bottle, at reasonable prices.
We will most certainly return.
Consistently delivering fantastic experiences, this lively spot impresses with its spacious interior and quick table service, no matter how busy.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise after traveling across the country and in need of some real food.
We ordered the ribs and fries and Cole slaw and it did not disappoint. The decor, general atmosphere, kids menu, gluten free menu, service … all was thoughtfully crafted and executed.
We had a great experience and hope to travel through and come back or recommend to others!
Experience vibrant decor and a fun atmosphere, perfect for families, with attentive service making every visit memorable.

General manager Martin H personally assured our quality of food and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and portion size very adequate (I had to bring home half that I will enjoy for lunch today). Our server, Erik, H, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about gluten dietary restrictions. Although too early in the day for a margarita, Martin assured me that he would make me the best margarita around when I visited again. Highly recommend this delightfully decorated restaurant that excels in great service and great food.

Every detail. Family-owned & run this restaurant is a hidden gem. Super fresh and delicious Turkish (Middle Eastern) food. The best baba ganoush & stuffed grape leaves that I have ever had! Beautiful restaurant, impeccable service & lovely family. And reasonably priced. It’s 45 minutes from my home but absolutely worth the trip. Will definitely go back again & again. And I am gluten-free & dairy-free & there were delicious options. All dishes were marked GF DF & V. Everything was absolutely scrumptious. Highly recommend.
Experience a vibrant spot with helpful vibes, unlimited toppings, and fun drinks, perfect for a playful outing with friends.

Omg, the employees were AMAZING! Being gluten free and vegan, it can be difficult to navigate eating out.
They keep the gluten free noodles under the counter. There is a vegan section on the wall. I read the broth on every package under the vegan section and none were gluten free. Instead, I used onions, garlic powder, fried tofu, and more when I cooked my noodles to flavor the water and it was quite enjoyable!
Apparently, they have a miso broth that is gluten free but they were out the day I was there.
Super fun drinks!! The heart and star shaped jellies in my drink were gluten free and vegan!! That was a first for me.
Seriously, the staff was so incredibly helpful. They took initiative to really help me. They checked ingredients for SO MANY THINGS!! Truly, fantastic help. Thank you all so much!!
I will be back!
I have Celiac Disease and have to eat gluten-free and Carrabbas has an excellent selection from which to choose. The salads are consistent crispy. Great service as well!
Decent Gluten free pizza ! You won't find it on the online menu though.
Food is good, staff is always friendly. The online ordering needs to offer a little more info but works well. As mentioned above, they offer gluten free pizza but it's not on the menu.
To order: Select ny style pizza, then medium (only size available), you will then see the Gluten free option. You will not see any mention of it any where else.
It was tasty, so a great option for those with diet restrictions.
Bright dining area, prompt service, inexpensive, especially during happy hour. Good selection of entrees from mild to very spicy. They have gluten free options.
A spot that keeps impressing with memorable experiences and attentive service, making each visit feel special.

I have dined at Meat Project several times. I have a severe gluten allergy, and each time I'm there, not only do the servers remember me, but they also ensure that the foods and sauces I eat are gluten free and are never cross contaminated. Each dining experience has been better than the last. I really love this place and the food is brilliant!
One of our regular haunts. My favorite is the veggie lover roll and my son loves the beef pho. I think their kimchi is the best around. Staff are knowledgeable about gluten-free options.
I think the workers should take more opportunities to wipe the tables. Theres definitly times they could have and prevented a customer from sitting in a table with chip crumbs. Aside from that, the food is pretty good. You don't have to ask for napkins. The fountains have many choices. They have an assortment of condiments and sauces that can be added to a burrito or a bowl. The fact that the burrito can be made into a bowl makes the means more gluten friendly. You have to go to the order section to see the nutritional information instead of it being marked on the menu. Maybe something to work on???
Discover a cozy spot with a welcoming vibe, excellent coffee, and an array of tempting treats that make it perfect for relaxation or catch-ups.

A Heavenly Brew at Cafein - Centreville's Hidden Gem!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafein, a charming cafe located in Centreville, and I cannot sing its praises enough! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a delightful experience. The warm, inviting atmosphere created by the tasteful decor and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
The aroma of freshly brewed coffee hit me as soon as I entered, and I knew I was in for a treat. I ordered a cappuccino and an almond croissant, and they were nothing short of heavenly. The cappuccino had the perfect balance of bold espresso and velvety foam, a testament to the skills of the talented barista. The almond croissant was the perfect companion to my drink, with its buttery, flaky layers and a generous helping of almond paste.
While enjoying my coffee, I couldn't help but notice the wide variety of pastries, sandwiches, and salads on display, all looking as scrumptious as my croissant. The menu is quite diverse, offering vegan and gluten-free options, which is a lovely touch for those with dietary restrictions.
The staff at Cafein deserves a special mention. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu items, ensuring that I had the perfect coffee and pastry pairing. Their genuine passion for customer satisfaction made my experience even more enjoyable.
If you're in the Centreville area and are in need of a caffeine fix, look no further than Cafein. This hidden gem is the perfect place to catch up with friends, finish some work, or simply enjoy a moment of solitude with a divine cup of coffee. I'll definitely be returning soon!
