I've been celiac for the past five years and had to give up sushi out of concerns of cross-contamination and knowing it's fully understood and taken seriously.
This place gets it!!! I wish I discovered it sooner! I used to eat here before I knew I was celiac.
When I ordered and let the lady know I was celiac, she was the absolute nicest and so accommodating and so helpful. I LOVE this place!

Live near here and called when they first opened. The server had no idea about gluten. Despite me explaining that I'm celiac and it is serious and it is a big deal which is why I have to call to ask... she was annoyed.
She went to ask the kitchen many times and said they had "they had gluten-free and it's fine." After pressing her further, she said they use the same equipment (mixers, etc.) as the gluten pancakes and such... which is NOT fine, lol.
Being celiac, I immediately wrote this place off as somewhere I could go. I was surprised to see this place on here. Maybe because everything was new the server was inexperienced? Or it might be fine for just gluten-intolerant.
This was my experience. I'm curious for what others reviewing will say!

Our first time eating Lebanese food. It was good. We will be coming back here again.
I forgot to ask for our servers name. He was so nice, even gave my wife a rice pudding, on the house, because she was gluten-free. We both had the Lamb in wraps. Not gamey at all or spicy.
It is metered parking around the area. We just parked in the parking structure, less hassle, and just walked across to the restaurant.
