Very good gluten free crust pizza. Super fine people at Inglewood Pizza. Semi-deep dish style crust. Yummy. Lots of toppings. They don't scrimp on anything. Will go back again and again. The west wall is full of posters of old time Calgary. Kinda cool.

As someone who has celiac and needs to eat gluten free I can say that this restaurant is amazing! Lots of options (gluten free and others). On my specific visit, I had a gluten free pizza and it's definitely my new go to! I'm looking forward to going back and trying everything on the menu.

If you like donair's or are looking for a feel good after you eat kind of food. You should definitely try Prarie Donair. Since trying this place about 6 months ago, I try to eat here at least once or twice a month. It's so good. My personal favorite is the Canadian Maple. My wife has a gluten sensitivity, and the gluten-free wraps they have are really good. The fact that most of their products are gluten-free really helps. The food always tastes fresh and it's fast food you can feel good about eating. With a wide variety of meals and wraps to choose from it can be a different meal every time you come here. Plus, as we have found out. The wraps deliver extremely well, without going weird and soggy. Prarie Donair is a great locally owned, Calgary based shop. The staff are awesome and will clearly explain any questions about the menu items. In short, this is a great place for great food.

Gluten free menu and care regarding my daughter’s sensitivity was impeccable! Order was double checked and salad in a separate bowl. Amazing service, waiter was top tier. Not once did we have to wait for refills etc. Very impressed with service!

KAMA has to be one of the best restaurant's in Calgary. Javen and Noah do such a great job, they deliver amazing vibes and hospitality. The food is another level of freshness and quality, and the menu is actually mostly Gluten Free, with a dedicated Gluten Free fryer and no seed oils being used as well. I don't believe they advertise this much, but this restaurant would be a GF persons dream. I have never been disappointed with visit at KAMA. :)

I've been using Shawarma Barlow for group catering recently and have only heard back rave reviews from my guests. Can't recommend them highly enough. The Kabob Party set menu comes with trays of velvety hummus, garlic sauce, garlic potatoes, salad (I recommend the chickpea!), rice, 2 skewers of chicken tawouk or beef kefta, assorted pickles, and pita all for only $15 pp. Also very easy to add a tray or two of baklava, falafel, or whatever you need. They deliver for a good price and there's a handy online ordering system through Rapidoo, a (quirky) independent app. Their meals are halal and most items are naturally gluten free and dairy free so it was really easy to build a menu that catered to the needs of several dietary restrictions at once.

My sister ordered their gluten free keto wrap, when the lady took the wrap out we saw mold on it. When we pointed it out she just picked out the mouldy parts and said what else do you want me to do. Hygiene wise do not recommend.

We visited Calgary in the summer of July 2024 and figured we had to go to a steak place for the Alberta beef. Found Nick’s and its rave reviews via google search. The place is not much of a looker… very old school and dark colours. But man, the steak??!! You can tell by the look on my son’s face how excited he was to eat the 12oz ribeye. So juicy and perfectly medium rare. I would visit again and again if I lived close by. Dan the man was our server and he really *was* the man. Dan was awesome, so attentive without being hovering or intrusive. He took the time to make sure we were well cared for. My oldest has a severe gluten allergy and Dan recommended some gf dishes. At first he said the rice was safe. But then he came back after checking with the kitchen to let us know there was traces of gluten in it (probably due to the chicken broth it is cooked in). My son ended up getting the salmon and baked potato. Overall I give this place 5/5. Classic example of don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s not a looker, but you will leave super happy with satisfied tastebuds and full bellies.

Big thank you to MJ for his outstanding service. The menu has changed since my last visit - previously felt like an Italian restaurant more so than Greek. I’m hoping they’ll continue to add more authentic Greek options. I’m also very glad to find out they are able to accommodate individuals who are celiac, so I’ll definitely be bringing my partner for my next visit.

BEST pizza in town, super generous portions in everything. Lasagne is a must try. The environment is super friendly with the most welcoming staff in any Calgary restaurant I have seen. They make everything (everything!) from scratch with care, love and precision. They also have a pretty decent Gluten Free and Halal range. Well worth a trip to Silver Springs.

I have not been physically into the restaurant, but we had ordered before and found the poutines absolutely amazing! When we ended up in a emergency room and needing to feed the family, I called to ask in regards to wheat in the gravy or fries. Sadly for our Celiac family member they both contain flour, however i was so impressed with the gentlemen on the phones deligence, even phoning me back with further information to ensure we had the best chance of healthy eating. Highly recommend the food here as it is absolutely great and good portion size. But the staff is 10 star in my family's opinion.

Best late night pizza and donair center at memorial drive and 52st st Calgary. We can find all kinds of soft drink, varieties of pizza. Good place for party order as well. I order for my home party. I found them professional, very clean pizza shop. I like the gluten free pizza which my mom usually eat. My kids liked the kids meal and side orders like wings, & drinks. My family best place for pizza!

I am Celiac and it's very hard to find restaurants that can accommodate my dietary issues. Our server Simran was amazing! She was patient, and looked up every single item includung sauces to make sure that I could safely eat. Their serving sizes were good, the server was amazing and the food was good. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for celiac friendly food. Great job Simran.

Toscana in Mahogany is probably thr best Italian restaurant I've been to in Calgary. EVERYTHING is made fresh. For those who heat their Alfredo up again, do it on the stove slowly sonitndoesnt separate. The meatballs. The gluten free pasta. Their homemade pasta is UNREAL. Their pizzas. Their meatballs, Ohhhh my gosh. You literally cannot go wrong. They make fantastic cocktails, the best Italian food. Fabio is the owner and he clearly takes so much pride in his restaurant. My girlfriend and I visited this Osmow's location on Canada Day. We are both gluten-free and celiac, and we explicitly requested gluten-free boxes. My girlfriend ordered a meal with Beyond Meat. After she ate most of it, I finished the rest. For the last 24 hours, we've both felt absolutely terrible. A bit of research revealed that Beyond Meat at Osmow's is primarily made from wheat. Serving gluten to a celiac is like giving peanuts to someone with a peanut allergy. This is completely unacceptable. Train your staff immediately to prevent such dangerous mistakes!
