I recently was diagnosed with celiac, and have been struggling to find restaurants I can reliably eat at without getting sick. I eat at cava regularly and have had a fantastic experience every time! The staff have been very careful and kind when preparing my food, and I've never once had an issue with gluten contamination. I highly recommend checking it out for anyone with gluten issues, not to mention the food is amazing regardless of allergies.

This place is amazing! My daughter randomly tried it with a friend a week ago and we’ve been twice since then! Delicious food, great prices, good portions and a terrific atmosphere! I love they have gluten free pita as well. This will definitely be a regular spot for us!

I realized when we did a keto friendly gig several years ago that dairy is not my guts only enemy, gluten is too. I didn't think O.G would ever be a go to. Then the 11 year old bday gurls picked O.G for their bday dinner. 16 friends & fam gathered to celebrate them on a Sunday afternoon. There was a lil wait, we were the 3rd large group of the day, the wait staff was amazing, I ordered the Margherita Chicken, my gut was truly happy for that option & my taste buds were singing! Had enough leftover for dinner the next day. :) The gurls & guests had an amazing time & I don't feel like we broke anyone's bank. ;) Thanks O.G!!! 😊

We really love this place and the stylish cafe-like ambience. We eat there pretty often and the food is great - from the appetizers to the desserts, we tried almost all they have to offer and they do not disappoint. Their pita bread comes in a gluten free version too which is very tasty and goes wonderfully with their delicious babaganoush. We crave their food pretty often and their service is great! Whatever spices they use on the grilled chicken are amazing! We will definitely return!

Stopped in for lunch today, first time eating at Olive Garden in quite a while (we are gluten free) so this was a rare pasta meal. Food was great, quickly prepared. Spinach dip has been a fav for many, many years. Our server Ian was exceptional! Great personality, very courteous and sharp as could be. We never had to ask for anything at all, he anticipates every need. Cheerful- Great service is always sooo appreciated! Ian keep up the stellar service! You are awesome! 😊

My husband and I went to this location this weekend and it was the best service we had in a while. I have celiac and it’s very hard going to restaurants and not getting cross contamination! Not at this location. The waitress Dayuanna asked if it I was allergic to gluten and then the manager came out to let us know they will take make sure no contamination. The staff did amazing!

Tazikis never fails to be fresh and delicious. It’s always our go-to for a good take out dinner. We’ve catered for anywhere from 12 to 50 people and it’s always been plenty of food and everyone’s always impressed! As someone with celiac disease it’s also one of the few places I feel safe eating!

If you are unable to cook the noodles separately, or use a clean pot... I understand, but please inform customers of that. I ordered the Gluten-free rotini. Given the meat sauce covering the pasta, I was unable to tell that loose spaghetti noodles were present throughout my food. It tasted WONDERFUL, but I have been painfully sick for two days. If you're a celiac reading this, my best advice is to just stay.

Awesome! Yogi and Ash were very helpful and accommodating as I had many questions. They have a gluten free wrap as well as other GF options. Food was excellent, service was outstanding, I will definitely be back 10/10

For a small town with limited options, this food option has been well received. I love that they offer Gluten Free Pitas. Not a fan of their concept of 'less is more'when it comesbto how many employees are working at a time. They seem to struggle to keep the good employees. Wait times for food goes from 'bearable' or 'understandable' to 'Okay, I've got to go now'. Which one will you get today? Even when you ordwr ahead, the wait remains the same as they must prioritize the customer in front of them. Google asked me if this place had a 'theme'. Yes, never enough cooks seems to be their consistent 'theme'. Nice people, clean and good food though. Just don't be in a rush. Maybe that is the 'theme'? Slow it down and take a chill and have a pita. I can dig it.

This was the second time I ordered a salad for delivery. I requested no pita, selected gluten free under the allergy option, and indicated in comments that I have Celiac disease. My salad had pita on top so I was not able to eat my dinner and wasted my money for a second time. Please do better as this has happened twice to me.

I love this place. What a jewel, in our little, not-so-little town. They have delicious Gluten-free bread, which is great with the chicken salad....the coffee is good, the sweet potato fries AMAZING....and I really enjoy talking with the owner. She is super! Do yourself a favor and go here EVERYDAY!

Gluten free options! 11/26- avocado shells were in my bowl. First time ive seen this happen. Hopefully it was a one time issue. Cava has grown on me. I didn't like it at first preferring Chipotle but it seems Chipotle uses more seed oils than Cava. You can actually have a pretty healthy meal if you make your own bowl.
