Had a late Sunday lunch so it wasn't busy. Once you understand your choices and how that constructs your meal, you can come up with many combinations. There were Mediterranean type choices like olives, feta and hummus. I'm gluten free and there were quite a few options. Definitely recommend.

After a wonderful lunch at Ilios Noche, I must rave about the delicious and varied menu. We had the most courteous and professional server, Trip. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a better meal, great atmosphere and awesome service. Please do yourself a favor and have a meal at Ilios, especially if you are gluten-free. They have a fantastic choice of Mediterranean fare. This has made our Sunday afternoon a very pleasant experience.

Today was my first time coming here. I got a Gyro bowl with chicken and falafel with a side of grape leaves. My husband got a veggie platter with avocado salad, Greek salad and two of thier hummuses. It was fantastic. Great flavors and generous portions for the price. I'm also gluten intolerant and had no issues with cross contamination. You should give this place a shot if you're in the mood for Greek and want to do better than Showmars.
Experience a cozy vibe with amazing dishes and attentive service that keeps everyone coming back for more.

I had a hard time finding something that would be gluten free since it was my first time, and the sweet girl named Josie was so kind and gave me a couple recommendations that I hadn’t thought of before! Definitely going back soon!!

I cannot recommend the Mad Greek gluten-free, "pita-less" gyro alternative enough! This dish is a vibrant medley of fresh ingredients that come together beautifully. At the base, you’ll find a generous bed of crisp, crunchy lettuce that adds a refreshing crunch to every bite. The added layers of sliced onions provide a delightful sharpness, while the juicy tomatoes burst with flavor, creating a perfect balance of textures.
The star of this dish is undoubtedly our savory lamb and beef mixture, which is seasoned to perfection. Each scoop is rich and succulent, offering a hearty and satisfying experience. The addition of creamy feta cheese elevates the flavor profile, introducing a salty richness that complements the meat wonderfully.
To top it all off, they include a side of the “homemade tzatziki dip”. This cool, tangy sauce is the ideal accompaniment, enhancing the dish with its refreshing taste and smooth texture. It’s perfect for dipping or drizzling over the gyro for that extra burst of flavor.
Overall, the gluten-free option is not only delicious but also a healthier alternative for those looking to enjoy a classic gyro without the carbs. Whether you’re gluten-sensitive or simply seeking a lighter meal, this dish is sure to impress!
A hidden gem with exceptional flavors and a relaxed vibe, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal without the crowds.

I have dined here a few times. The service and food are consistently 5 out of 5.
Our server patiently answered our questions and was attentive throughout our time there. She also made sure to verify that all items for my son were gluten-free. The kitchen even went above and beyond by preparing the falafel to make it gluten-free. I should add that it was some of the best falafel I have ever had. It was very flavorful with just the right amount of spice. And it was not dry!
All of the food was delicious. Our server made sure to let us know that the special Chicken dish would take 30 minutes to prepare. It was well worth the wait!
I have never gone and it be crowded. Hopefully it stays one of the best kept secrets in the area!

Whether you're a vegan or just want to eat healthier, Mezeh is the place to go. My father and I took a day trip from the Raleigh area. We're both vegans and I have gluten sensitivity issues. Aside from their complimentary pita bread, navigating their buffet style options are easy.
Food was delicious. Their fruit drinks are very delicious, but if you're trying to be mindful of your health, try not to get seconds. Natural sugars are good for you, however, too much of anything can turn into a bad thing and one cup of this stuff is sweeeet!
It would be nice if they noted what foods are organic, normal (with pesticides), and GMO(the worst of em all).
We went to Cava with our daughter for lunch. The menu choices for building a salad were almost endless. The menu offers gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, and soy free. We chose grain bowl salads and soup. The various choices of lettuce included romaine, arugula, and spinach with rice and or lentils. We also had roasted red pepper hummus. Chicken was added to the salad with toppings. The salad dressings include lemon herb tahini and other choices. The lunch for all of us was really excellent and very healthy .
Always my go to! Great food that is quick and easy! I’m gluten and dairy free and this is a place I don’t have to worry much about. They label all there products that make it super easy for me!
I am by no means a middle eastern food connoisseur but I have had a decent amount of it in the past year. Lately I have been having major pregnancy craving for fateful and anything with hummus so I went looking for both. I found this place completely by accident and I'm so glad I did. I had the chicken schawarma with a side of falafel and it was great! The guy at the counter let me order a half order of the falafel and even gave me a side of sliced cucumber when I told him I couldn't eat the pitta bread (gluten free/Celiac). It was so much food I had enough left over for dinner and it was delicious yet again! I will absolutely return here and enjoy it all again!
