Whenever we're in need of a top-notch brunch, Joe and Vinny & Bronsons in central El Paso is our go-to spot. This eclectic gem never fails to impress and has rightfully earned its place at the top of our list.
The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a delightful mix of vintage furniture, vibrant artwork, and quirky knick-knacks that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you feel instantly at home, and the diverse crowd only adds to the inclusive, welcoming vibe.
Given its popularity, there was a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it. I'd recommend arriving with some time to spare, especially on weekends. Once seated, the service was attentive and friendly, with staff members exuding a genuine passion for their food and coffee.
For brunch, I ordered the red chilaquiles with eggs and a side of French toast, accompanied by a hot latte. The red chilaquiles were a revelation – perfectly crisp tortillas drenched in a rich, flavorful sauce, topped with fresh eggs cooked to perfection. The French toast was a delightful contrast, beautifully golden with a soft, custardy interior, and a hint of cinnamon that made it irresistible. My latte was hot and robust, providing the perfect complement to the meal.
What sets Joe and Vinny & Bronsons apart is the unique twist they bring to classic dishes. Each bite is delicious, showcasing their commitment to quality and creativity. The menu also caters to various dietary preferences, with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
Overall, my experience at Joe and Vinny & Bronsons was fantastic. The ambiance, service, and, most importantly, the food, exceeded my expectations. It's a must-visit for anyone in El Paso looking for a memorable brunch spot. Just be sure to plan ahead for the wait!
Experience a vibrant ambiance and attentive service, perfect for a relaxed outing even during busy times.

Judeiah was an amazing server very polite and courteous. Tended to our needs before we even knew we had any. There aren't many options for gluten free but the one I chose was good. I had the Salmon... ended up mixing it with a salad, add some lemon and voila phenomenal! Onions really made the salmon pop! Again I have to reiterate our server was absolutely wonderful! The experience was fantastic. I would go to this location again
You'll find a welcoming vibe and attentive service that makes for a delightful experience when dining here.

Went this Friday, no waiting, which is a plus. Our waitress kept forgetting everything, and when the food came, our orders were all messed up. I ordered the gluten-free rottini with five cheese marinara with italian sausage, and it was over cooked Did not enjoy the olive garden. This time around at all. Bad service and food was not good! Sad thing is that they weren't even that busy for a Friday.
The customer service is phenomenal! The owner has even come out, every time, and made sure all was okay. The wait staff and owner make me feel like I'm a friend, like I truly matter. I am dairy and gluten intolerant, so going out to eat is so hard, but I have never gotten sick there. Did I mention that it tastes so amazing!! And in my opinion, heathy, if you choose right. I've taken many friends, all of which were impressed, and are now repeat offenders, :-D. The inside is beautiful and the outside is fun, just depends what you're looking for. If you do sit outside don't hesitate to ask for the heaters, they work great! Or the fans in summer. On Fridays they have a belly dancer, she was amazing and very respectful, the guys playing the music for her were so good. This is the best hidden gem in El Paso so far .You won't regret it.
FYI the Moscato is yummy!
