Julia made this an incredible experience! I am so grateful for Julia and The Mule, as a celiac and anaphylactic to Peanuts and Tree Nuts, my time finding restaurants that I feel truly safe is rare. This was the first place in Canada where I felt that safety to just explore the menu, relax, and enjoy. Everyone that came to our table was kind, informed, and awesome! Also the food IS AMAZING! Best tacos I’ve had in Ontario. Thank you again to Julia and the team for making a memorable meal and amazing experience. Will be coming back to Hamilton just for The Mule!

As a celiac, I was almost glutened here. When I asked a server if the beer was gluten free, I was told everything on the menu was. But when my lager arrived, the bottle listed barley. I double checked with another server, who confirmed it wasn’t gluten free, apologized, and kindly brought me a quinoa-based beer instead (which was good, just a little warm). I don’t want to be too harsh. Overall, the food was great, and it’s such a gift to have a spot where I can enjoy a tres leches cake without fear. But this experience is a good reminder to always double check, even in places that seem safe. It also highlights how important it is for all staff to be fully trained on gluten and allergens.

My wife has been wanting to try this place for a little while now! It was worth the wait! She found out about it on Tic Toc! We had an awesome meal with all the dips! This place is 100% gluten free. My wife is just figuring out about gluten and she had a complete worry free dinner!! We had the Dip Dip Dip hooray and we tried 4 different kinds of tacos! Well priced, amazing service and the food is absolutely amazing! 10/10!!

What a cool restaurant, I loved the decor. I equally love that everything is gluten free as it's difficult to avoid contamination. The sweet potato halloumi taco was mine and my fiance's fav and the Baddy Addy Red Pepper Marg had really good and interesting flavours!

We’ve dined at The Mule many times and it has been our go-to restaurant for eating out, especially since both my daughter and I are celiac and have always appreciated your gluten-free options and care. Unfortunately, our most recent visit to the Cambridge location was disappointing. The service fell very short of what we’ve come to expect. Our server got our drink orders wrong twice, and there was a noticeably long wait for our meals, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all. We’ve always valued The Mule for its reliability and attentiveness, especially given our dietary needs, which makes this experience all the more disappointing We may not be returning.

The food was very good. The fish is cooked in a cider batter that is gluten free. Many other items on the menu that are gluten free. I would rate the wings as on the higher quality end comparatively. Service was good. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. We were seated promptly without reservations. I would try a different dessert next time. The one pictured wasn't bad but not my taste. I would recommend this location.

This was the second time we've been here. It's a must when we visit, as well as ordering the corn! You won't regret it! Also nearly all items, except for a few, are gluten free...including and incredible chocolate mousse cake!

Perfect place for a first date, a good catch up with friends, and I’ve even had a couple of business meetings at this location. The restaurant is massive. I’ve had wings at the bar, patio drinks, and full parties in the back corner. The fact that there are so many options, including vegetarian and gluten-free is amazing. There’s a discount card to collect points, you can take beers to go home with you. There’s even a root beer for kids to enjoy as well. I can’t say enough good things about beer town. It’s the place that everyone enjoys. Brunch is a must have!!

Was stuck in London for over 10days with a child in the hospital and a wife with gluten allergies. Discovered crabby joes and ate there 6 nights (take out and dine in). The quinoa bowl was relished each night by my wife and I enjoyed a number of other meals. Highly recommend for great food, friendly atmosphere and great service.

Chose 4 tacos (pastor, gringa, camaron, tinga) and they were all excellent. The mariachi band was fun. Absolutely worth a visit. And it’s gluten free approved!

Anthony was an amazing server ! Checking in on us but not interrupting us at the same time ! I am celiac and was able to eat at this restaurant, the staff made me feel heard about my allergy and reassured me with the measures they would take to make my meal safe. Great place to go! Super cute decor and style.

Great food and atmosphere. We had the Egg Salmon Benedict, Fish Tacos, and Churros. Food was fresh and flavorful and food portion was great with lots of garnish. Establishment was inviting, colorful, clean and organized with lots of customers. The only negative thing I have to say was for the Egg Salmon Benedict we asked for gluten free bread and we were charged an extra $4 for it even though it didn't show an additional cost on the menu and it was an option. It would've been nice if our waiter told us before we ordered. For prices the Egg Salmon Benedict price was $22, Fish Tacos $17,99 and Churros $8.99. I would come back again as the food was delicious and fresh.

Super fun place, great food, great service. Had a blast. 100% Gluten Free. Huge, varied menu. Great cocktails, lots of flavours of margaritas. All serviced super fast, super friendly. Cannot wait for patio season to enjoy the food and drinks in the sun... but the interior is decorated very festively. I'll be back!

Upon arriving, the hostess was great. Our server, Taylar, is a gem! Very knowledgeable, polite, and very pleasant. I wasn’t sure what to order and she pointed out some great items from the gluten free menu. I was very pleased to see such a great variety. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure she checked in at appropriate times. We always love going to GT’s. The food, drinks, music, and above all, the staff are great.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in all of Toronto. Vegan, completely gluten free and every dish we have tried is delicious. Also, Great to just just stop in for quacamole and Margarita's.

I came in looking for gluten free and vegetarian options. While the options are slightly limited, the food was AMAZING. Mile the server was so kind to customize our order so that I had a delicious meal. He knew exactly when to check in on us and when to give us some time to enjoy our food. It was such a beautiful experience. The cocktails were also amazing! The options and the taste made me feel like I was in Mexico again.

I finally had the pleasure of trying this place on Taco Tuesday! We had such a great experience. The jalapeno margarita was delicious, the variety of tacos was great, although they could use a bit more bite! I loved that it's such a gluten free friendly environment, and the service was too notch!

The food is consistently good. I have been here a couple times when we visit the area. A bit on the salty side and lacking in veg options. Most things are gluten-free which is important for myself due to celiac disease. We find it on the pricey side in comparison to other Mexican or Latin eateries. Service is always fantastic, and they have a nice patio.

Tabule has always been my favourite restaurant, my top choice for lunch in the neighborhood. The menu offers a variety of healthy options including gluten free items. The staff here are all pleasant and helpful especially Mina. I look forward to see her there every time.

Ok seriously this place is exceptional. I was surprised that it wasn't advertised anywhere on the street, but when I tried their food I saw why no advertising was needed. It's home cooked meals, original dishes and drinks, and such a friendly service you feel like family. It was packed within a few minutes of getting there, but it didn't get too loud. You could still hold a conversation easily without raising your voice. Cherry on top of the cake was the plethora of gluten free options. I'm celiac so this was just amazing to see and I will 100% be coming back because there are so many things on the menu I want to try!

A frequent local favourite. The food is always fresh and flavourful. A special nod to the La Mora margarita, as well as the Street Corn and Guacamole starters….all are a “must try”! The staff are welcoming and attentive. As someone with celiac disease, dining out can be stressful, but staff at this establishment are knowledgeable about their menu offerings and have ensured a safe dining experience, time and time again. This included a recent large order for a party; the food was delicious, hot and packed to ensure an excellent dining experience at home that was enjoyed by all. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience for a special occasion, or a casual night out - Chuuk will not disappoint!

I would have gotten the picture sooner but the food was so amazing couldn’t stop to photograph. They catered to my partners celiacs, they have a bar section so you can have amazing beer or wine while eating some of the best burritos, tacos or nachos. I had the tacomory supreme. My partner had an aloha nacho and both dishes were amazing. The staff were constantly making sure we were taken care of. They had some homemade hot sauce that was sublime. I am from 7 hours away yet I will be making the voyage again just to have this food

What an authentic Mexican experience!! The food was amazing, Melene was superb and provided us with a very warm and friendly service- it reminded us of living in Mexico again… this is a MUST go in Bracebridge. We look forward to coming back ❤️mostly for the mezcal margararitas but the food was top notch also. Highly recommend!! Celiac friendly, the most authentic Mexican food in Muskoka :) Thanks for being here we LOVED it! Do not miss this place xx

This restaurant was absolutely awesome ! I have celiac disease and I had so many options to choose from. Not only did I have options but the cooks, owners and servers were amazing. They checked in with me about my allergies and communicated with me about the safety procedures that they used to ensure no cross contamination. The food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed the restaurant. It was very clean and such a vibrant atmosphere. We will defiantly eat here again. My older kiddo raved about how yummy the chicken tacos and the churros. My little kiddo was literally picking food up off our plates. The service was amazing and so friendly. 10/10 recommend ⭐️

I had the chance to go to this location for the first time. In the beginning I talked about the gluten allergy and they were kind in accommodating all my requests. They took all the toppings from back and made the mango salsa fresh to avoid cross contamination. All the members of the staff were amazing. Special shout-out to Jinan for making my order. Would highly recommend if you have allergy requests.

Fantastic food/staff/atmosphere. Funky patio/drink selection/entertainment. This cute resto has a patio which looks over to Powell Park and is fabulous for a quick meal & drink or lingering with family. This fusion Mexican restaurant has something for (almost) everybody! Tacos with a twist, salad, nachos, guac, fabulous toppings on fries or nacho chips…the menu is perfect for large groups or small, carnivores (chorizo sausage nachos!), vegans, gluten-free, etc. They care about food allergies, and it shows. The menu is 100% gluten-free (except for the beer) and safe for those with Celiac. The Mule Port Dover closes after Labour Day Weekend, and will hopefully return next spring, again. Check out The Mule and Burro locations in South-western Ontario.

Had great soft shell tacos! Chicken. And 2 types of pork that were all excellent. Rice and beans were pretty good. The room a bit too dark. Got brighter when the large screen TV flashed bright. Would definitely go back . Wonderful options for my celiac friend.
