In my experience the staff were not very knowledgeable and their list of what was gluten free in the store did not match what it said online. I also had to ask to see the gluten free menu they have behind the counter because nothing is labeled on the main menu. I ordered the California bowl because it felt like the lowest risk of cross contamination. It was good, and I didn’t get sick, but I don’t know that I would go back here.

I'm gluten free, so ordered the brisket. To die for! Best BBQ sauce I've ever tasted. My husband had a burrito and he said it was the best burrito he's ever had. Hand made tortillas that he said was light and tasty.

I have a wheat allergy. Chipotle is a very safe option for me generally. This location here seem to be very trained on allergies. I walk in and say I have a wheat allergy can you please wash your hands and change your gloves. Normally I would face eye rolls or an under the breath comment. This location did not bat an eye immediately went and changed their gloves and wash their hands. The manager must have overheard my allergy and the other worker there because they immediately start changing out all the spoons and ladles as an extra precaution. And they knew to get me cheese from the back. I have never had such an easy experience at any restaurant with my allergy. They really made me feel like I wasn't abnormal. Most other restaurants give me a really hard time. I will be back to this Chipotle regularly especially with their knowledge on cross-contamination. Super friendly and they did not make me feel like I was a burden! That is huge for someone with celiac disease! Thank you employees at this location! I wish I could say that about all Chipotles. But I think this manager is a good one.

Seriously the best. Their refried beans, meats, and salsa (particularly the mild red) are amazing. Their gluten free menu is pretty great too and they are up front about stuff.

Over the weekend we ate at the Baseline/Dobson location. Both Jess, our server, and Brian, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I have a gluten intolerance and they both took time to educate me on their cooking methods to ensure I ordered the meal that would be the best for me. There were things I was not aware of such as their chips are fried in the same oil as many of their gluten laden foods so I was at risk of cross contamination. Jess was the sweetest and most communicative server I have had a VERY long time. She really wanted to ensure that we had a great experience. I was in the restaurant biz for 15 years and know the hard work that goes into being a server. I truly appreciate great knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will definitely go back!

My son has celiac and normally I have to explain myself: I asked for a glove change for my son and this lady’s washing her hands, the guy comes from the back and switched all the scoops, grabbed new cheese, and wiped the counters. It was amazing because cross contamination isn’t a joke and I shouldn’t have to explain myself to make sure he doesn’t get sick

Delicious fresh cooked New Mexican food. It's not covered in green chili but had great flavor. I have had steak enchiladas and today tried seafood enchiladas, and both can be done gluten-free. Rice and beans missing flavor. Husband got Enchanted Trail meal and liked the steak an enchiladas, but not as big of a fan of the twice baked potato in a chili. Chips are NOT gluten free and items overall are limited that you can order, but if you like enchiladas you are set! Margaritas are good here. Sorry, I took a few bites before taking the pic, I waited over 30 minutes for food. Must have a reservation! They are always sooo busy!

I have issues with gluten and had the carne asada huarache since the base is masa!!! No issues and beyond delish. Pastor tacos yummy too. Second time eating here in 3 days.

Always a good experience from my friendly neighborhood Taco bell! Baja blast is my favorite and being gluten free my go to is the pinto beans with cheese and red sauce, and crunchy taco supreme YUM

The atmosphere is super cute, and the food is pretty good. My main complaint is that most of their tacos are pretty dry and not as flavorful as other tacos I’ve had. As far as gluten free options, it’s mainly the tacos. I’d suggest the salmon one; it’s not dry and it has plenty of flavor.

Went here for a late lunch while visiting the area. What a gem! I'm Gluten free and researched somewhere with Mexican cuisine to eat. Gluten free is easy here- corn tortillas (tacos and enchiladas and even a quesadilla are available in corn) and just don't get the red sauce, the green is fine. I had the rolled taquitos and the 2 enchiladas plate with chicken and shredded beef in green sauce. Highly recommend the shredded beef with green sauce, it was delicious. My non Gluten free companions had the fajitas burrito and 2 street Taco plates, and we shared chips and guac. The chips Salsa is delicious. Truly not a single complaint. There was a steady steam of customers the entire time, which tells you something when it's a week day and off-lunch hours. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!
