Excellent tamales, tacos (I especially recommend the salmon tacos available on Fridays), aguas frescas, salads, salsas, rice and beans, guac... you can't go wrong! I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters! I highly recommend CDT Cocina for catering, in addition to in-person or takeout dining (getting tamales in bulk is always a great option too).

As a gluten-free eater, it was nice to find somewhere I could eat that the food was more than passable. It was fabulous! So flavorful! I would not say it was celiac friendly due to cross-contamination.

Best breakfast in Fresno! Cost ain't cheap but you get what you pay for here, where you won't need food till the end of the day. Great and swift customer service, huge plates of delicious food, and one of the best juice bars in town for people who like those. For all you Celiacs out there, gluten free waffles and pancakes that you can't even tell are gluten free they're so fluffy and delicious, not grainy or tough at all. You need to try this spot. It's a once a month excursion for me and my wife. Not to mention the best lemonade I've ever had

My reviews are about gluten free dining. There are many GF options. Tonight I asked for something served in an unusual way and they didn't bat an eye / made what I asked for - thank you. Since it is also a bar, the music (like radio) is always loud for me, considering that I'm there for a causal dinner. You order at the food bar (like a Chipotle) and take your tray to your table / serve your own soda at the dispenser. There are real plates, with plastic utensils and Styrofoam cups (I'm not discussing the bar). So I feel that I should bus my own table, but there is no obvious place to take your plates - not a problem, but I look around every visit for what to do with the remains of my meal.

My reviews are focused on gluten free dining. We like Figaro's. The food is similar to Chipotle, but more varied, with specials that cycle through. I can eat the bowls and they have corn tortillas. I like the real plates and silverware and glass drinking glasses even though you order at a counter. You serve yourself, and refill at the soda machine, and there is a self-serve salsa bar. They bring your food out to your table, and clear it after you leave, so you get some "upgrades" from fast food, but don't need to tip a waitress. It is clean and has nice comfortable decor, rather than being an echo-y industrial space. The staff has been helpful in figuring out what's safe (gluten free) for me. I think the price is just right for what you get. It's a fairly quick in-and-out if you need that, or you can linger over your chips and not feel that you're in the way or taking up a waitress' table.

Menu is big and inclusive (great gluten free and vegetarian options). Everything was fresh and super flavorful—my partner absolutely LOVED the fish tacos! Hit all the important stops—fast and friendly service, generous portions, and good prices. All in all, an awesome, family owned restaurant. We’ll be back!

Always 5 stars for taco bell. Locos doritos tacos are bomb af. Also a great choice for gluten free. I know its not certified as gluten free or whatever, but It never upsets my stomach, which is all I ask for.
