I’m a big fan of Proximo, especially after working with them to host my wedding reception in their private dining room. They were very accommodating, the food was stellar as always (with great vegetarian and gluten free options to accommodate all guests), and the cocktails and wine were perfect. Thank you Proximo!
With a vibrant atmosphere, this spot shines for its accommodating service, spacious indoor and outdoor dining, and a stellar party vibe.

Honestly, we couldn’t love this place more. By far our favorite restaurant in town. We have ordered out multiple times for lunch and have never been disappointed. We also have dined in and they have been so accommodating to our bigger party. Recently we had a galentine’s evening catered and it was the best experience. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. They took such great care of us and the food was absolutely perfect.
Side note: we have a girl with celiac so everything has to be gluten free with no cross contamination. This was no problem for them and they took extra care to make sure she was safe.
The strong bleach cleaner smell can hit you hard, but the flavors make up for it, especially when enjoyed on the go.

Pretty delicious, and they were helpful with accommodating gluten/celiac. The bleach cleaner smell was strong which affected the atmosphere a bit. But since I was eating in the car to go the flavor wasn't bothered.
A spot with tons of options and great flavors that cater to diverse dietary needs, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking variety!

My sister was in town and took us to lunch here. I was impressed by the large amount of options available for people with Celiac disease and a gluten allergy!!! I did not get sick, the food was really good, and the staff was amazing in helping me out!!
Renowned for its generous portions and quick service, this spot outshines others in the area, making it a must-visit when in the neighborhood!

This is the best Salsa Grille in the Fort by far. I first tried this location about a year ago because I was working in the neighborhood. The food was served up fast, the portion was GENEROUS, and it was AMAZING, especially the
Roasted Poblano Queso! And the staff that work there are so friendly and helpful.
I loved it so much, I tried two of the other locations that were closer to my house. The food at the other two was pretty good, but it just wasn’t the same. I tried on different days and times too, so it wasn’t just an “off” day. Don’t get me wrong, it definitely worth the money. But whenever I’m over this way, I get the good stuff! I have to get the chicken bowl because I’m gluten-free, but my coworkers loved everything else as well. :)
Edit: I wrote this review while I was waiting for my food, and I stand by every single word I wrote. Give this location a try, you won’t be disappointed.
It had been a few years since I had been to this restaurant and always appreciated the fact that they had a gluten-free menu. I thought it would be a nice treat to take my husband there for lunch on his work break. When we put our names in she told us it would be about 10 minutes. They only had one waitress in the entire restaurant working. The hostess was in and out of the kitchen most of our wait time. We ended up waiting a complete 30 minutes and still we're not seated. We couldn't wait around anymore because my husband needed to get back to work so we just went up the road to salsa grill and got our food immediately. I don't understand why a restaurant was so little help would stay open. Really gives the restaurant a bad name. I'm very disappointed and I will make sure not to come back.
Communication barriers can make for a confusing experience, but the atmosphere has its charm, even if the service is a bit challenging.

Nobody spoke English well which was worrisome since I needed to have gluten free and glove change. I was able to get gluten free chips but I said no queso and they didn't understand and put queso on my burrito bowl. Luckily I did not get sick.
A vibrant spot with an inviting atmosphere and ample seating, perfect for enjoying a lively dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant, wonderful atmosphere, plenty of seating. Chips served with the salsa are gluten free corn chips, and corn shell tortillas are offered in addition to flour. I am gluten intolerant/celiac and I had no issues with the food making me sick.
Tasty tacos piled high with toppings and an intriguing layout make this spot a must-visit for a satisfying meal experience.

We got carnitas and chicken tacos and both dishes were great. They do not skimp on the toppings at all! We will definitely be going back again. They also have an online menu with gluten free/vegan options. The layout is kind of weird but it works. There was a decent amount of seating and the lady working there was nice and friendly.
As a gluten intolerant diner, this place worked out for me. The waitress didn't understand questions about gluten, but confirmed there is no flour used in meat seasonings, and default for tacos is corn tortillas. I decided to risk it. I ate chips and red salsa, a chicken taco, a beef taco, beans, and rice, and didn't have any symptoms or trouble later. I wouldn't recommend the place to celiacs or more sensitive/cautious folks though.
The tacos are delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The beans were meh. The rice is great.
The music can get pretty loud, but the restaurant is divided into two rooms, one darkened with music and flashing lights. It's easy to avoid the noise/flashing by staying in the main, better lit area.
Some prices are better than others. The bottled drinks (Jarritos, Mirinda, etc) were $2, I think. Tacos cost about $2-3 each depending on meat choice, and so delicious, totally worth it. The "combo meal" options seem to be the best value (I got 3 tacos with beans and rice for about $11).
