The bakery we originally ordered from for my son's Bar Mitzvah fell through and we were left with just a week to find non-dairy and gluten-free dessert options for our guests. Red Fern came through with delicious treats and the kind of problem-solving service that meant so much to us when we needed it most. Andrea was so accommodating, our order was ready on time, and everything was delicious. There were so many flavors of mini cupcakes from which to choose and they were fabulous! Yummy little cakes with amazing swirls of frosting and lovely little embellishments like candied fruit, sprinkles, mini cookies, and cookie crumbles. I could eat the chocolate peanut butter rice krispie treats every single day, so good! Nobody even knew the chocolate raspberry cake was non-dairy...they just knew it was delicious and ate every piece of it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Had Salenas delivered for dinner and it was delicious. So fresh and tasty. It was so easy to find food I could eat (gluten free dairy free) and it tastes amazing. I also love being able to order margaritas to go!! 5 stars!

Dinner was fantastic. We had a change of dinner plans for a group of 9, and they sat us in 15 minutes. The service was excellent; our waitress took such good care of us, and we got our food quickly. We also needed gluten-free options and were very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was in accommodating our needs. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the food quality! ---

Absolutely LOVE this authentic restaurant after our visit. Extensive menu, made all my food Gluten-free, generous portions for a very fair price. Chips & salsa to start off, no charge while perusing the menu. The Carne Asada dinner that I received on a sizzling cast iron was HUGE, with plenty of rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, chiles and corn flour tortillas to fill you up. The chorizo appetizer and poblanos were great, my guest's chicken dish was excellent. We needed to-go containers by the end of it.

The food was decent, although the taco shells were a bit rubbery. That's a simple thing to make crunchy by baking them in an oven. The employees were not at all friendly. I tried to be friendly (I always am), and neither the woman fixing my meal nor the cashier even cracked a smile. When I thanked the person assembling my food, she said nothing at all. When I thanked the cashier, I got the same conplete lack of response. I LIKE Chipotle. I have celiac disease and it's one of the few restaurants that I can eat virtually everything on the menu. Aside from the burrito wraps, everything is naturally gluten-free. There are better locations, though. I'd rather drive farther away and go to the Jefferson Road location because the shells are nice and crisp, and the employees are much friendlier. It's also cleaner.

I would not recommend eating here if you have issues with gluten...Street tacos advertised as being corn tortillas but consistency left me to believe they had flour in them too possibly...I should have asked...I got terribly sick. Also, there was a misunderstanding with an order from an elderly woman in my party. She wanted shrimp tacos and they brought her fish. The waiter insisted she ordered the fish and made her eat and pay for something she didn't want.

Neno’s in Rochester is a fun to go to restaurant. Our experience there was average. Service was good and the servers were knowledgeable for food accommodations such as gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Menus are labelled well. The tacos are good, they proteins tend to disappoint a bit lacking true Mexican flavours. They were more bland. The birria tacos were best. The nachos were stale unfortunately. As mentioned we liked the atmosphere but in order to improve I’d recommend to review the menu and make things more flavourful. The cost is high for what you get.

Best tacos in Rochester!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. There are many gluten free options. And the best part, the tacos are incredible and the most authentic I’ve had in Rochester. I ordered tacos Al pastor and sopes asada. The corn tortilla are handmade, in house, and amazing!! 10/10 recommend! Parking: you will need to find street parking or one of the nearby lots. You will not be disappointed!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the fish tacos. One of our party is recently diagnosed celiac. Once we ordered manager came to the table to verify what she ordered to make sure it was safe. Server was attentive, and responsive. We are return visitors and will be back.

I come to this chipotle a lot and everyone has always been so friendly and whenever I do pickup or delivery they always get it right. I’m also gluten free (due to allergy) and they’re always really accommodating of this. Definitely my go-to!

I have a severe gluten allergy and ordered corn tacos online from the Chipotle app. But instead they gave me flour tacos and I caught an allergic reaction. I tried to file a complaint and Chipotle had the nerve to offer a free drink after their mix up gave me an allergic reaction. How about being more careful especially when people have certain allergies.

The service was fast, and the tacos i had reminded me of San Diego California. Gluten- Free Options are available. Staff: knowledgeable and outgoing. It was empty when I came in, but quickly picked up within the hour. I would definitely make another excuse to eat at or order out from the Old Pueblo Grill.
