I really like the feel of Chimera. Lots of natural light, good seating, the music is enjoyable. Everyone working is friendly and there's a solid amount of food and drink to choose from, including vegan and gluten free options. Nice place!

This is my favorite restaurant. Amazing food and staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free, so feel I safe eating here. Love the queso and cheese and onion enchiladas. You can tell they use quality cheese. Best refried beans I've ever had!

I ordered my lunch to go, went in and picked it up and when I did I asked them if I needed to request gluten-friendly chips or whether or not they were all that way. They explained to me that I would need to request them and they were more than willing to replace my chips for me with some more gluten-friendly ones. They then reviewed my lunch order and showed me that one of the items I chose was not gluten friendly( a sauce I had chosen). Not only did they just replace everything without being upset with me or making me pay for it, they were very polite! Thank you for saving me from being very very ill! I will definitely be back. Trisha and her team ARE THE BEST!

I love this place!!! I eat delicious food AND I feed hungry children in developing countries. It doesn’t get any better than that! Plus, I have Celiac Disease—it’s a safe place for me to eat!! Justine was so helpful and made sure everyone was aware of my allergy. They have a full dedicated fryer for their corn tortilla, so I actually get chips and salsa—a rarity for me! I was sooo excited!

We ordered Alfredo's for our company holiday party, and they were AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend using them for your next event! They came and set-up everything, the servers were very efficient and very friendly. The food was amazing, there were so many options as well as gluten free, vegetarian and vegan! I wanted to make sure they got noticed for how accommodating this location was for me! I have celiac and hate to be a problem or hold up a line. They didn’t question anything when I asked about not allowing cross contamination. They immediately swapped out the spoons for the ingredients I would be using. Cleaned the counters, washed their hands and put new gloves on. I will definitely be back!

They claim MANY Gluten Free items—but do NOT have a dedicated fryer. You canNOT fry all your stuff in the same fryer, and claim Gluten Free. You’re asking to be sued! You’re playing with people’s health!

My favorite lunch spot, always work around my allergy of gluten. Kids quesadilla on corn add extra pico add extra cheese, 😍 let’s add grilled mushrooms to the mix and I would be thrilled 😃 also can you add tamales into the specials (best tamales 🥰ever)

The food was great and the place was clean. I let the server know that my girlfriend has celiac disease, and he immediately changed out the utensils to make sure to minimize the chance of cross contamination. Thank you, Desmon, for the great customer service!

I ate ther recently & got a salad with double protein-beef barbacoa & carnitas. I used to love Chipotle & eat there often, but I'm not sure I'll be going back any time soon after this visit. 1. The prices have gone way up--it was over $16 for ONLY the salad with 1 extra protein. I had a cup of water with it. 2. While the prices have gone up, the quality has gone down. This meat was the nastiest, fattiest meat I've ever had at any restaurant, much less a Chipotle. I'm not talking about little bits of fat on the edge of chunks of meat, but just the opposite. Literally CHUNKS of fat with sometimes a little meat on the edge. Like, chunks that were the size of a half-dollar. I pulled out as much as I could because it totally grosses me out, and I ended up with a pile that was equal to or more than one of the servings of protein. I know that the employee saw at least some of them because she actually removed them from my salad & set them aside when she was preparing my food. The pile I accumulated didn't even count what she had already pulled out. 3. These items used to be gluten-free. I can only assume they still are because I haven't held a bad reaction since eating there. Before ordering, I asked the employee if they were gluten-free, and she had no idea nor did she make a single move to find out. I didn't say anything about any if it while I was there because I had no confidence that it would make a difference, and that's on me, but that meat should never have been put out to serve. I'm both disgusted & disappointed. I'll stick with Qdoba from now on.

My wife and I just got home from a week traveling and the first restaurant we headed to was Alfredo's Mexican Cafe - we love the combo fajitas of grilled chicken and shrimp with corn tortillas for the gluten free diet. Yummy 😋

I got the brisket taco and the trio set up with queso, guacamole, and salsa. It was delicious! I went to the collective location. Great vibe. I have a gluten allergy. There is slight cross contamination in the fryer but I didn’t get sick.

Hidalgo's is the absolute best place you'll ever eat in a strip mall. Ask for Renee, he's a great server, very attentive, informative, & fast. Hidalgo's has vegetarian, vegan, & gluten free options. Lots of wonderful seafood dishes too. They're also happy to make substitutions so don't worry about inviting your friends with specific dietary preferences. There's something fantastic for everyone! I especially appreciate that the veggie items aren't just some meat dish minus the meat, it's an actual properly thought out meal The cocktails, desserts, chips & salsa are also all great. The cucumber margarita & mango spicy margarita are my favorites but I've never had a bad drink at Hidalgo's. They're very generous with their portions & pours too. I always leave with a buzz & a to-go box.

This was our first time of eating at Charlestons, we visited the one in Norman. I had the bacon hickory burger and fries, this was amazing. My husband had gluten chicken piccata and cole slaw, I am picky on my coleslaw and I have to say it tasted great as well.the Hickory Sauce was the best, the price for the food was reasonable, the service was great. I do recommend paying them a visit if you are in the area, and yes they do have a gluten free menu, if you need it.
