Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. My husband and I signed up for the tequila tasting and dinner. It was worth every penny. Jorge Cuervo is a true master of his craft. He takes the time to give you an unbiased education on tequila that will leave you questioning every tequila you have ever had. On top of that the staff was more then accommodating for my dairy and gluten allergies. For the first time in a long time I felt genuinely included in the food experience and not just given a lame substitute. We ended up going back to Cuervo's house the following evening when our NYE plans were canceled. Had an excellent meal where the staff again accommodated my allergies and afterwards we celebrated the New Year at their club. Thank you to all for your warm hospitality. We can't wait to be back!
A charming organic farm turned luxurious experience, offering stunning gardens, local shops, and memorable events in a picturesque setting.

Gluten Free Baked Goods are the best. This is a bit of an unusual review. I have to eat Gluten Free. I had one of the cupcakes at Flora Farms and was impressed by how good it was. We have a home in Pescadero up the coast an hour and usually are in Baja for my birthday. I decided to order a cake from Flora Farms. We had to pick it up 3 days early after an airport pick-up. I was a bit worried about transporting the cake but we brought a portable refrigerator and managed with only a little damage that was later covered by flowers. I ordered Gluten Free Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting. The cake held up beautifully for 3 days - I froze it and thawed the day of serving. It honestly was one of the best cakes any of us - gluten free and not alike - had ever had. The frosting has tons of vanilla bean and the texture of the cake outstanding. There is the tiniest hint in the texture that it is gf that only I would pick up since I worry sometimes whether things are truly gf - that slight difference is reassuring. Enjoying leftovers for breakfast. Glad I only have cake on my birthday as it would be too easy to over indulge.
I imagine Flora Farms makes good cakes because of the wedding activity on site but very few manage a gluten free version this amazing.
