A 'store' with these types of tight opening hours/days cannot be called a real store. People with celiac disease or gluten intolerance also like to eat fresh products. Little to no competition seems to lead to this kind of arbitrariness.

Great dinner experience. I really like the fact that the menu is shaped by the seasonal availability of the products they grow themselves. The food is very tasty, made with a lot of thought and precision! I particularly want to point out (as someone with celiac disease, strictly no gluten) they did and extremely good job in taking care of my diet and by making sure that the cross contamination was eliminated in every possible risk. And I liked the ambiance, no to little music which made it a very calm and nice environment for conversations without hearing others around you, acoustics well done

Very nice Sunday lunch, a good portion of lovely lamb and the accompanying mint sauce was the best I’ve had since making it myself decades ago, definitely home made. A customer next to us had a English breakfast that looked and smelt good too.
The Yorkshire pudding was worth the gluten content for someone who believes they are intolerant. I doubt cooked in tallow or lard though.
Very popular so you might want to book, the tables outside are quieter.
Only one thing was missing, a pint of real cask ale.

What a nice new location of the Veganese, with the well-known classics! The Korean fried cauliflower and the Gyoza remain favorites. The mochi was also very tasty. One of us had a gluten intolerance, and there were plenty of options for that too. Staff is very hospitable. We had a wonderful evening!

I LOVE this place, it’s honestly one of my favorites in Amsterdam for a great value meal and great cocktails. The service is always super friendly and contributes to the overall good vibes of the place. Our group had a few different dietary restrictions (one pescatarian, one gluten free, one with an avocado intolerance) and they did everything in their power to accommodate that. Do try the chorizo and shrimp tacos, they are EPIC

The best fries in Amsterdam, and I should know because I'm Belgian. A wide range of veggie snacks, gluten-free and homemade mayo, which is delicious! Recommended!
A place with some challenges. Fortunately, it is being worked on! The service behind the bar is very friendly and does its best to accommodate the spatial handicap and shortage of service. The space is large and cluttered due to the architecture. Operating staff are not visible (due to the conversion). The staff 'behind there' (there's more going on at this location) seem less involved and too stressed about other things. Fortunately, there is gluten-free bread, vegetarian lattes and great music.
Amazing steak. It was thick and cooked to perfection (rare for me). The Dutch cheese with the steak was just the best combo. My partner and I also had a few amazing cocktails and the bartender was lovely. I think the meals, sides and drinks were priced well for what you got. It wasn't cheap eats but the chefs/bartenders are obviously skilled so I think it was 100% worth what we paid. My partner and I left stuffed. There are gluten free options as well as a gluten free menu guide. The waiter was nice and talked me through what was gluten free: she was very patient and helpful. The experience at the hotel was overall positive. Even though it is decentralized, it enjoys an excellent location very close to the metro and is an impressive and very technological hotel (perhaps too much so). It's a shame about the cleanliness of the rooms which clashes with the appearance of the hotel, quite dusty and the breakfast which is decent but be careful if you are celiac! Even though we had notified and asked the hotel for at least a gluten-free breakfast complete with confirmation from the hotel, there was practically nothing! Too bad, a good experience that leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth.

Very clean hotel. Nice rooms or, at least, ours. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent gluten free bread. Friendly staff. Good location: with tram number 9 you can reach the center in a few minutes.
No gluten free options on the cake bar, but they all looked amazing. Food bites on offer looked delicious. We had late night cup of tea and a lovely glass of wine. Very cosy atmosphere and the entrance before the restaurant has a great sharing seated area around an open log burning fire pit. The elegance of the restaurant is matched by the wait staff who are very welcoming and helpful.
Not vegan friendly; Replacing eggs with some extra vegetables in the noodle soup was a problem...
Vegan buns mean little.
Cold coffee.
No gluten-free bread.
I don't recommend going for vegans.
Friendly service.

We visited Turbo in Amsterdam three times in a row and it really made our stay so special. Amazing and kind people combined with delicious food.
