Very disappointed after putting in an order for a gluten free pizza as well as another pizza being advised that the GF option had “run out”
I thought this was A little strange & when I went to pock uo my pizza I asked the girl, “is it usual to RUN OUT of GF???
After she checked with the kitchen , I was then advised that GF was available!!!!
Well after being advised of this, I was disappointed & asked if they would give a discount for the inconvenience ?
Upon returning from the kitchen I was advised that they would give a discount of $1.50.
What a joke!!!!!
Poor customer service!!!!

* * * * * Fabulous staff, attentive to allergies and lots of allergy friendly options to choose from (e.g. gluten free), and the food was delicious! The staff also went above and beyond such as offering us a better table, and providing a candle for my partners birthday. Thank you so much Copycat! We will definitely be back!! :)
Enjoy a vibrant courtyard and lovely garden setting while savoring expertly crafted Kosher dishes, though takeaway might take a bit longer.

Got a Classic wrap with the gluten free wrap, which is pretty rare to find! It was tasty and filling, next time I’ll ask for the chips inside as well. They have quite a lovely garden in the back if you wish to dine in. The only downside I found was that for takeaway, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our order, which is longer than I’d expect.
I have tried many of the Grilled in Melbourne and this is the best. Super friendly, great management, only one that never burns my gluten-free bun. Highly recommended

Offers numerous gluten free options, I had the lamb brains for a starter and pork for the main. Both were really tasty, a good portion and reasonably priced. My wife had a main size portion of the hock soup and thoroughly enjoyed it. We are looking forward to returning and trying out some of the other dishes.
