I have been to other Kelseys but this was my 1st time at the Newmarket location. I have Celiac's & have had problems many times before....but NOT today!!! Our server was NANCY and she was amazing. After talking to her I became very comfortable as I could tell that she knew the seriousness of keeping my order entirely gluten-free & I felt that she cared & understood. I ordered the 'build your own burger' + a beet & goat cheese side salad. Everything was absolutely delicious...& the best part was I had none of the painful & nasty side effects that I encounter so often. I have always stuck to a basic salad w/oil & vinegar dressing when I eat out so you just can't understand my joy at eating something different & oh-so-yummy. THANK YOU, NANCY! This definitely will not be our last visit to Kelseys NEWMARKET restaurant.

Food was very overpriced for what it was. We ordered the fajitas trio for two people, and it was just barely enough food for two hungry people. The goods are that the food was gluten free, and had option of gluten free corn tortillas. While the flour tortillas didn’t break as easily as the corn tortillas, it was good that it was available. If you were to come, I would do it during their weekday happy hour, for a few special prices. Otherwise it is way too overpriced to go out for a franchise meal.

Ordered pizza there tonight as I love their gluten free pizza. I’ve also had their wings in the past and they have always been good. We have been loyal customers with no issues in the past. We ordered honey garlic wings tonight and they tasted really off. I could not eat them. The taste is hard to describe but the closest thing that I can compare it to is like biting into dirt. I spat it out. I tasted 2 wings just to be sure. They were both terrible. Doesn’t even taste like their usual wings. Maybe the chicken was going bad? They also needed to be cooked more but that would not take away the taste. The pizza was good as per usual but when I called about the wings, the manager was not very accommodating. It almost felt like she thought I was making it up to get my money back. I’ve never had an issue in the past. This is first time. She said to bring the wings back and she will see what’s going on but I was given attitude. It was a total inconvenience to her and no guarantee of trying to make things right was given. I was just told that they sell a lot of wings and they just came out of the oven. My husband decided he’s not going out again to take them back. There is a bad storm coming and he already put the car away. Instead, he decided he does not want to go back here again. We paid good money for this and were looking forward to a relaxing Friday evening. Instead, this caused unnecessary stress. I hope the store will still try to reach out to us to try and compensate us as these wings are completely inedible. It was not just a matter of not liking the taste, it was that something was wrong with the wings. There is no email contact so I hope they will try and make things right. Otherwise, I don’t recommend a place who does not value customer feedback or try to resolve issues without giving attitude. They need to stand by their product and not make excuses for food that is going bad.
