I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties. Congratulations indeed.

Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

My girlfriend: The gluten free pizza was very good. The waiter also brought gluten-free breadsticks to the table...unique so far. Me: the pizza was very well topped and the dough was crispy. Drinks as usual.

I was expecting a richer menu, especially for celiacs because it had several positive reviews precisely on this aspect, but instead the usual rice with sauce... you also can't ask for simple off-menu items... like two fried eggs... the place inside it is still very pleasant and we non-celiacs ate reasonably well

Compliments! I went to this pizza restaurant for my friend's birthday and we received divine treatment. The waiters were very thoughtful, first of all they decorated the table with rose petals and two roses in vases. The waiter himself asked us if we wanted a photo together and he made a lot of effort, he even put the rose in the foreground to create a more personal effect. The service is fast and, even though we were more than 10 people and had ordered both pizzas and first courses, they brought the courses all together and this denotes excellent organization in the kitchen. The environment is well looked after and elegant, everything is very clean and the colors convey tranquility and joy. I ordered a gluten-free pizza, the birthday girl specified this feature in advance so I recommend booking and notifying people with celiac disease, but they always have dishes available. The pizza is not among the best I've eaten, but it was still good so I recommend it. Definitely get the baked potatoes, they are delicious

I would like to point out that I ate outside. Terrible service i.e. forgotten orders and oxidized cutlery. Pizza at exaggerated prices for a gluten-free pizza 15 euros + 2.5 for pasta clearly of frozen origin.

Lunch with family with celiac child. What can I say "recommended"? It would be obvious, go and try for yourself the goodness of the first courses and the gluten-free pizza (all excellent). Let's start from the fact that I have celiac disease and this place shouldn't be very suitable for me, but leaving this aside they behaved very well. They informed me about the possible contaminations that could have occurred given that the kitchen is single but that they would however have used care and attention to respect my problem. No sooner said than done!! They fully respected everything they told me on the phone, I was treated really well, from the entrance, to the waiters and pampered by the dishes they had. I have never eaten as well as in this place, I think I will return to Trento soon to be able to taste their products, excellent in every way and truly compliments. My story ends that I didn't feel bad, I think I didn't have any contamination, this is evidence of how perfect they were. Thank you

By tradition, founded by the late Cavaliere and continued scrupulously by his family and students, a pizza with great attention to the dough, even for celiacs and with storo polenta flour. Unmissable is the one with fresh porcini mushrooms and mountain cheese... Variations with lard and/or... gorgonzola... Curious? Let Ale advise you...

Cozy place, friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Not a long menu but certainly sophisticated. Excellent for celiacs and gluten intolerants. I will 100% return when I pass here in Trento. Truly exceptional!

great place in the city center. the food is really good, the meat in particular is of the highest quality. there are vegetarian and few (very few) gluten-free options available. the service is really quick and the staff is nice. the price is a bit high but it’s in the standard of the city. i will definitely come back!

As far as I'm concerned, the best pizza I've eaten here in Trento. The place is very nice, suitable for both a dinner with friends and a romantic dinner! I also recommend their desserts (the tiramisu I ate was special), and some are even gluten free!

Excellent pizzeria in the center of Trento. They have two types of dough, one soft and well-leavened, the other digestible and light, it's great for those who are gluten intolerant, I don't think celiac disease. They have vegetarian and vegan options. In addition to pizzas they also have cuisine, which we didn't try though. Very nice summer garden! Recommended!!!❤️❤️
