The place offers tasty meals with a focus on great service, but watch out for fryer cross-contamination for certain items.

Great service . I needed gluten free food and needed to educate the waitress that the fries were not gluten free if they were cooked in a fryer with gluten. So.if you are gluten free/coeliacs don't get their frys. But the rest of the meal was tasty and brilliant

This Turkish place is our favourite stop when visiting Tauranga. I am allergic to gluten and they always clean the tongs and make sure the meal is made without gluten.
The food is amazing!
Also the family that own this restaurant are so lovely.
Highly recommend!!
Experience exceptional service in a cozy atmosphere with attentive staff ready to ensure your time there is enjoyable and accommodating.

Popular place and we were nearly put off by all the tables being reserved in advance. But fortunately we went in and it was great. They have a few vegan and gluten free options including a salad, cauliflower bites, a vegan lasagne, and fries plus others that could be made vegan/gf. Worth a visit but be aware the coffee is expensive at $9 for a large decaf flat white.
A busy school holiday night but we were happy to take a high table in the bar area. Staff were friendly and kept checking we were okay. Handled our gluten free request well. Food was (mostly) good quality and well prepared, drinks were nice and desserts were tasty. A pleasant night out.
We enjoyed the dinner buffet, good value, really nice duck, squid, plenty of choices and gluten free options as well. Good service, very attentive, We will return.
Experience a stress-free vibe with fantastic options that keep everyone happy and coming back for more.

Being Gluten Free we previewed the menu to check what we wanted. Arrived ordered our drinks and once our drinks arrived we went to order our Entree which we were then advised they couldn't make as they don't have all the ingredients. (Had we known that there were only select things.on the menu available prior to ordering our drinks we would have left.)
Went on to order pur mains and had the same issue couldn't have what we wanted as they did not have all the ingredients super disappointed. Also got offered a bottle of water which seemed to take for ever to arrive and ended up asking for it multiple times until it finally arrived. Service was slow and I am sure they kept forgetting about us nobody seemed to really care that we couldn't order what we wanted like it was standard procedure for things not to be available on the menu. Very disappointing.
The only reason I've given it 4 stars is because I think prices are a little on the steep side, it probably puts it out of reach for many, especially families as a takeaway meal option. However, I have seen some awesome deals on grab one. (Perhaps gluten free option could be made available on these too for a bit extra?)
As for the food, it's delicious and well portioned. Staff are very friendly. I've never had to wait too long. Good atmosphere. Definitely recommend trying it.
Great pub, really friendly staff and awesome trivia on Tuesday night! Limited gluten free options but at least they understood the difference between that and celiac!
Great price and tasty too. A large gluten free pizza for $8.(pick up) The service was good, bought out to my car as parked outside and saved getting wheelchair out.
Beautiful meal, they were more than accommodating with my dairy and gluten intolerances and helped me choose a very yummy dish. Lovely staff and the food is great!
Thank you
Went to drive thru as saves getting wheelchair out. Have eftpos and the girl was very helpful, swipping my card for me (no pay way) and as I have arthritis in most places, but especially hands and knees, I find it difficult to do on my own. That's why I love pay wave.
I had the double cheeseburger combo, sharing the meat patties with my Chessie (my vet please don't see this😉)and it was scrumptious. I didn't eat the bun (gluten intolerant) and wondered if rest would upset my tummy (but I was starving) and 8 hours later are feeling fine. Not sure if I could say the same for MacDonald burgers.
Suggestion - why don't these places offer gluten free buns.?
SUBWAY
Great to see also that finally SUBWAY are offering gluten free wraps.
