Every time there's a Cosy Club in town, I make sure to go—and the Bournemouth location did not disappoint! I've had both dinner and brunch here, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful. The food is consistently amazing with great quality, and what stands out most is the care and attention the team shows, especially when it comes to catering for coeliac disease. I always feel completely safe eating here, which means the world to me.
Special thanks to Han, Jordan, and the lovely blonde lady who served us during brunch on the 11th of May—she was incredibly professional and kind, though I sadly didn’t catch her name. The staff truly make the experience extra special.
It's just a shame there's no Cosy Club in London—I’d be there all the time!

I like the breaded camembert and the chicken curry. I love that the mains have protein, sometimes at vegan restaurants you don’t get that. I absolutely loved this place the first time we visited a year ago but I felt that this time the quality got a bit worse.
The menu hadn’t changed much, I do prefer more seasonal plates. The food took ages to arrive which I understand when you make it from scratch but some of it was cold. Got the creme brûlée which was very nice but the sugar on top needed to be hardened more.
The area is quite bad and there were some dodgy people sitting outside who were not customers.
I think the menu could be improved with more seasonal dishes, would love a gluten free burger, and that it’d be a better dining experience if the area was nicer.

££ but the taste of the food exceeded the expectations. I have never ate such tasty hummus, dolma, grilled meet and... you will not believe... rice. My gluten-free rice was made in a very special way. Some spices were added, and I have never eaten it so delicious. One part of the grill was the liver, which is very difficult to make soft. But this one was just melting in the mouth. Exceptional. Chef knows what he does. And people running it are some of the most heartwarming people ever. Go there, try the taste, and sit for experience. If I could, I would give 6 starts.

I've ordered twice now as a coeliac and they've always been able to accommodate for my gluten free request. They do advise that they cannot guarantee that it's 100% safe but they take precautions, so I took the risk and never had any problems. Not fantastic pizza in my opinion but I don't tend to be amazed by pizza in general, so take my comment with a pinch of salt. My partner loved his though (non gluten free)!

That said, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. While the food didn’t impress, the service certainly did.
