Have been here twice now - once for my wife's birthday and once for brunch - and I can confidently say this is my new favorite restaurant in Oakland. Everything is gluten free which is great because my wife has celiac. I don't eat meat and they have solid veggie options. Plus great selection of local beer, tasty not-top-pretentious craft cocktails, and a lovely staff.

An absolutely amazing experience tonight. Came out with friends for some food, and had a great time chatting while watching pokemon and eating amazing burgers. A friend can't eat gluten and they had gluten-free options for them. Both me and them got the smokehouse burger which was amazing. At first I was skeptical of the price but wow. The amount of food and how filling it was was absolutely worth it. Also it was delicious. The other burgers chosen looked good too. One of my friends are a walk away so they will be back with their partner!
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with standout fritters and papusas, but the plating could use a creative touch for a visual feast.

There are gluten free options for people not allergic or celiac. If you are very sensitive don't dine here unless you are content with salad. The staff was five stars for transparency, and not sending me home with six weeks of agony. Really appreciate it.

Very nice people and huge menu. Huge variety of vegan options as well. My favorite was the tostada with vegan sour cream.
Many of the vegan meats are gluten free as well, including tofu, jackfruit, and about 4 options made with Beyond Meat. I like that they give pickled radishes, jalapeños and a few types of salsa.
Don’t miss the desserts, great cakes of many types.
A classy spot with cool art and an awesome drink selection, though the music can be a tad loud for easy chats.

Get the fried polenta! It's incredible!!! My drink was incredible. Not overly sweet. The had a separate menu for gluten free/vegetarian/vegans.
The main thing I would change would be the music and volume of the music. It sounds like a club and feels like a classy establishment. A bit hard to have a conversation. Even a bit hard to order with the server.
Server was excellent and checked in on us a perfect amount of times. Very cool art displayed as well. Overall, wonderful experience and will come again.
