Vibe on point we Sat in the beautiful outdoor seating! Thin crust Pizza - wood-burnin' cooked to perfection... was yummy and came out fast! Our waiter was kind & provided superb service! We had a great experience at Carbone Dallas!! We went for my birthday and the staff was excellent and so friendly. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with my friends gluten free pasta and she was given regular pasta. Our server (I think her name was Norma or Nora, my apologies) was so helpful and attentive to fixing the situation and bringing her wonderful manager, Brick over. Brick was the absolute best and made sure that we were all okay and taken care of!! Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back and will always give our thanks to the excellent staff!!
