I often stayed at the Spadoni house, every time I was in Faenza for work. Last week I was afraid I would have to give it up since I haven't become celiac, but instead it was a beautiful discovery! Among the Spadoni flours there are also gluten free ones, and so I was able to choose between tagliatelle and tortelli!! Thanks and congratulations! I can't give up eating well :-)
Handmade pasta and creative pizzas shine here, plus a cozy vibe makes it a must-try for anyone.

We've been coming here for several years now and we've eaten a bit of everything, from first courses, second courses, pizzas, desserts and it's always all delicious. The pasta is strictly handmade and tastes (very good) For fish lovers there is also that.... I also recommend for celiacs with some types of pasta of your choice and pizza with chickpea flour (good) Friendly and local staff very, very nice, I recommend passing by, you won't regret it

Gluten-free breakfast with a wide choice of sweets (croissants, almond cake, rice cake, cream puffs...) but also some savory dishes from the Replay laboratory (bread and tulips). The thing that surprised me the most was that I was offered the possibility of heating the croissant I had chosen, which demonstrates knowledge of the problems related to gluten-free food which is often not very pleasant if consumed cold.
