The dough is not my favorite, but they have a great variety, including gluten-free and vegan. It is worth the visit. Of course, it is usually very busy, although the place is very large.
A wonderful place. The treatment of the staff, impeccable, super friendly. And the food was incredible, even the La Fábrica salad seemed great, very well combined.
99% of the menu is gluten-free.
Highly recommended.
The place is very nice and the service is quite good. The food for celiacs is very good, the only drawback is the desserts, at least that day for me they could only offer me a Bico de xeado ice cream, which yes, they are very good but I would have liked some more option like the ones they give me in others places. First we ate fried cheese with strawberry jam and my companions had Iberian croquettes. For the main course we all had pasta and the gluten-free one was quite good, mine in this case was with funghi sauce.
I would return but I would like to have more options for dessert
What peace of mind when you find a restaurant where they manage the issue of intolerances well, in my case gluten. In the reservation I specified that I had celiac disease and from the first moment they were very attentive, they offered me gluten-free bread and explained to me what I could order from the menu (which was many options). We ordered a creamy rice of Iberian ham with scallops and garlic cream and another with crayfish and prawns, both very tasty. For dessert I ordered yogurt ice cream with red berries (very delicious), I also had the option of a chocolate coulant, with citrus ice cream, which I'm writing down for another occasion. Great treatment, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and delicious food, to repeat. I recommend it 100%.
We sat inside which is a small area, but we felt very comfortable. The tortilla especial is delicious and was made to our specifications. We were asked how wet we like it. The zamburiñas were also delicious. The waiter was more attentive than in other similarly busy places. The menu is marked with allergens. The only thing missing for me was gluten free bread.
