We visited Banbury for the first time tonight, we were served by Natasha who was friendly, attentive & excellent throughout our meal. Really lovely atmosphere in this old quaint village pub and a warm welcome. We struggled with the wheelchair so maybe not wheelchair accessible (I did phone ahead to check) also might be nice to have a gluten free option on the dessert menu.

Food was great...especially the gluten free options.
Ther servers were fantastic and worked way harder than they should. Manager was awful though.....very unprofessional, rude to myself on entry, shouted at staff in front of customers bringing one of them to tears......would go again.....but if management was behaving the same I'd raise a complaint!
