Well, this did not disappoint! Best Fish chips I have ever had and in huge portion sizes, all cooked to perfection! The 2 young ladies serving were lovely and friendly but still professional and deserve credit. The fish was beautiful crispy, the chips were flavoursome and non of it dripping in oil. They even offer gluten free! (I forgot to take pics)

Brilliant gluten free options! I have visited loads of lounges across the uk i can honestly say I have never had a bad meal, staff at chesterfield branch are brilliant would like to give a shout out to the red haired lady with pony tails who was our server... Very Very good at her job! ... always get good vibes when I go to a lounges.

Have been for takeaway and eaten in their restaurant and always enjoy the experience. Great gluten free fish and chips, cooked separately, and staff knowledge about food allergies. Would recommend, especially if you need gluten free!

Doesn't really change from year to year and quite honestly, it needs a serious re vamp and refurbishment. Food is good enough but portions seem to have reduced eg when you used to get two toast with your breakfast you now only get one. Gluten free options are great as they are seriously lacking in other cafés in Chesterfield. Staff can be a bit hit and miss, friendly and welcoming one day but a bit abrupt and off hand another so pick your day and staff member! Could be a lovely little place if they spent a bit of money on it.

I love having a spot of food here, the food is not only outstanding but fantastic. All food/Drinks are prepared well and never disappoint me, the sizes of food are great and there is so much choice. The Food is always very tasty and leaves me feeling full. The prices are fairly reasonable for what you get as well. I love how it welcomes dog (well behaviour) and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The cafe is small inside but does has a few seats outside as well, for those sunny days, it also gets super busy very fast at certain times. But dispite this the staff never seem to be worried or rushed because of this. The atmosphere is great its also lovely and warm and is decorated very well. The main reason I love it here, is I'm gluten free and vegetarian so it's hard to find places I can safely eat and I'm not limited to 1 or 2 items there is plenty of choice, which is amazing to see. Keep up the great work guys/girls 👍

Thank you so much for catering for a baby shower!!! There was so much selection on the afternoon tea for only £14.99 by far the cheapest in Chesterfield and with lots of extras such as quiche, pork pie, and macaroons. The food was delicious, Rachel was brilliant in providing gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options for the afternoon tea with just as much choice as a regular one. All the staff were lovely and we were able to reserve the whole terrace for no extra cost to host the event. The food was so nice and there was plenty left over, staff were attentive and provided great customer service! We will definitely be returning!!

My wife has a slight gluten intolerance and said so when the waitress asked about allergies. Stupid mistake. We then were barred from ordering on the app and the waitress wouldn’t relent when we insisted it was a mistake and we were hungry and please could we just order on the app, which would have been easier. All in all an evening nearly derailed by a weirdly dogmatic waitress. Apart from that food was the same as usual.

Saw online that it was dog friendly, luckily it was a nice sunny day as dogs aren't allowed inside so we sat out front. Great coffee and a decent breakfast. Gluten free options on their menu too, shame I only got one slice of gluten free toast with my breakfast when the standard version comes with two

Absolutely love this place, though I must admit it is a place I only ever go when I know I have the money. Me and my sister used to go here a lot, they do a lot of gluten free options that taste really good. I've also been here with my partner too. On one occasion we made a food order and sat outside with our drinks. The waitress came over to give us our order and accidentally dropped the fries all over the table. We told her it was ok, and my partner laughed about it saying he would still eat them. But the poor girl was so upset by what she did, she couldn't stop apologising and told us we could get another bowl of fries free of charge. Wow! Accidents happen, and she was very apologetic and kind about the incident. We thanked her profusely. Lovely staff besides that incident to begin with anyways, I've always liked the atmosphere here. I also think it's brilliant for vegetarian options too with regards to pizzas
