It was our first time going to Mister’s but we went as they had a good gluten free range. The staff were all lovely (especially Dec and Sarah) and the food was amazing and filling. The service was great and we will definitely be going back!

A very warm welcome from the team and great service throughout from the manager and our table server. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday and we all had a great time. The food was great: nutritious as well as tasty. Personally, I was delighted with the way my need for a gluten free diet was managed. I suffer from coeliac disease. There was a completely separate menu, which I found both useful and reassuring. And a huge choice of dishes available as gluten free. The manager served my food separately. Altogether a great experience. NB - some mention here about the service charge being added to the bill. It was made quite clear that this was not an obligatory charge and we were given the clear option to not pay this if we wished. I saw this as a simple personal choice and it certainly didn’t detract in any way from the great experience we all had here today.

The food is freshly made from scratch in their kitchen.

The gluten free pizza is absolutely disgusting 😞 The first time I ordered it was horrible and I thought it might have just been a bad day but this is the second time and it's just as awful as the first. They shouldn't offer gluten free options if they can't deliver the same quality, especially for these ridiculous prices! I paid over 20 quid for this small pile of gunk. I could have had a full steak meal for that! I threw this in the bin. Very disappointed and will never eat at Pizza Express ever again.

Lovely lunch of gluten free toasties today. Came with salad, coleslaw and crisps. Dogs welcome. Knocked one star off as we wanted a gluten free cake but they were next to gluten containing cakes with no covers on to prevent contamination. They were in a separate area for cakes for those with dietary needs but I couldn't see that the utensils used for gluten free weren't also used for the other cakes in that section, some of which did contain gluten.
