I've been here a few times and each time the food has been fantastic and the ambience lovely. On weekdays and Sundays the atmosphere isn't very loud so perfect for catching up with friends and family. The staff took great care with regard to my allergies, citrus and gluten and were able to assure me the food involved no cross contamination and so it was coeliac safe (I've never been sick after eating here). The staff were all really knowledgeable about ingredients in their food and really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Had a really lovely dinner with friends last night. I am gluten free and have a few other food intolerances which can be problematic when eating out but the chef came out to talk with me and made me a beurre blanc sauce instead of the provencale sauce which featured on my salmon dish. I was super impressed as usually the sauce would just have been omitted leaving me with a dry dinner! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. We all really enjoyed our meal, so will definitely return and recommend the Bulls Head to others

Got caught out needed a snack and have coeliac disease so zero gluten went in pret in Orpington and not a great choice but the staff went out of there way to help and as was cold and windy gave me a free coffee! And the gluten free turkey xmas soup was amazing! Well done to the manager and the counter guy best service i have had in ages!

I do like the restaurant although they need more gluten free (some there so not bad) plus some of the staff seem confused on the Loyalty card! But they do a good hot mulled tea. Free parking a bonus and a lovely place to shop
