Super nice staff and owner. Even after asking whether there were gluten-free dishes, everyone already knew and was able to help and advise. The food was very tasty and inexpensive. It is a new opening or takeover so the ambience is still being worked on. Anyone near here should come by!

I met with our Alzheimer's Walk Manager today at Culture Coffee Bar today. I didn't know about this coffee bar until today. Super friendly staff and a very nice facility. Indoor and outdoor seating. I had a gluten-free blueberry muffin and an iced white chocolate Frappuccino. I'm hopeful that they will become sponsors in this year's Alzheimer's Walk.

The food is SO fresh. Best gluten-free crust I've ever had. Great crunch. We tried the butter chicken pizza and it was so vibrant and delicious. Vegan and vegetarian options. Amazing flavors. We will be back again!

My wife and I come here whenever we pass through town. The owners and staff treat you like family. They actually gave me a fresh chocolate chip cookie out of the oven while I was deciding on a sandwich. Plus, my wife absolutely loves their vegan, gluten-free lemon cookies. It's normally hard to find such a tasty treat when you have food allergies like hers. They even offered to ship some cookies up to Seattle for her. We came late and ended up staying past closing time, but they still made us a couple lattes for the road.

Excellent pizza. My dad has food allergies. We met for lunch and he was able to eat his first pizza in 20 years. Well, first gluten free pizza he enjoyed. Hats off, great pizza and fun atmosphere.

LOVED THE BREAKFAST TACOS!! They even brought me corn tortillas as I have gluten issues. They are so yummy and great portions had to bring some home. I hope it gets very busy for you. Sometimes when we go there there's a lot of people other times not so much. But I would hate to see it go it's a great restaurant for family. Brought my sister for lunch she had the fish and chips and loved them also!! Try it!!

I have Celiac Disease, which makes it hard to find sushi that I can safely eat! I walked into Tokyo Express on a whim after visiting the tea shop next door. The 2 guys in the front were so nice and polite! The guy behind the counter was so kind to answer all of my gluten free questions and made sure what I ordered was safe. I ordered the Philly Roll and the Lomi Salmon Roll, both were DELICIOUS! He was also able to make me a stir-fry but I opted to get sushi only. I’m here for 6 months for work and happy to know I can come here and get delicious sushi while I’m here in Modesto ❤️ Thank you so much again for your patience!

This particular Raising Cane's is truly exceptional! Asked about Gluten free options and the manager and employee taking my order checked out the ingredients on their food to see what they could do for me . I took a chance on the "naked chicken" and felt fine on it. They substituted the bread for coleslaw and even threw another piece of chicken in! Not to expect another piece of chicken every time but it was appreciated! Thank you to all that work here! Y'all definitely show the way to do service!

Came for breakfast. Great food, everything is fresh, and love the unique vibe. And definitely happy that they make everything gluten free by offering corn tortillas. The red salsa is also yummy. Will be back to try more options!

Mikes always has interesting specials, great service and ambiance. I am gluten free and had the California Burger Special Lettuce Wrapped. It was so good I stuffed myself with every bite! The Sweet Potato fries(may have cross contamination with the fryer) are some of the best I’ve ever had, crispy outside and fluffy inside.
