Bosporus never disappoints! We have gone since it opened and recently I had medical issues with gluten. I shared with our server Can (John) and he was so accommodating and provided exceptional service! His knowledge and kindness should not go unnoticed. He shared that they are a scratch kitchen and they will do everything to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. Our party ordered an appetizer that I couldn’t enjoy and he goes no problem I will bring you veggies to use with the dips! I felt included the whole time. I thank you for everything! I had a good experience on my Friday dinner out. Emersen and Nat were very welcoming and helpful in guiding me to find a meal that was not only gluten free and vegetarian, but delicious, fresh, and interesting.
