Purely delightful. Purely delectable. Totally affordable. Completely worth it. If you want huge portions of tasty, fresh, & fabulous food, you found your new spot. I'm pretty sure I haven't had a quality, farm to table meal since the last time I was in my kitchen. The veggies were premium quality, as well as, every other ingredient in my overloaded veggie omelet. Everything was exquisitely seasoned, such that you could taste every flavor. The fried potatoes were delicious and cut by hand, not from a bag (remember when)? The homemade fresh jam for my gluten-free toast was remarkable. Did I say gluten free toast?! Did I mention the gluten free toast was no extra charge?! That doesn't happen anywhere at any time. It shows they care about their client's special dietary needs and not just the bottom line. Unfortunately, the toast was dry and too crunchy. That's the only thing I would change about the meal, but I can't have butter since i'm dairy free, so partially my fault. Also, there was only one piece of toast, & I usually eat the whole loaf. Ha ha. Remember, bread is not a side dish. It is part of the main dish. Coffee lovers rejoice. You get a full pot of coffee left at your table. And don't worry if you drink it all yourself. I'm not saying I drank a whole pot myself, but several people watching me said I did. They also mentioned that I asked for more, and I got it without any dirty looks from the staff. My server Victor was pleasant and attentive. Admittedly, they were packed, so he was running around just to keep up. The only downfall (if it is a downfall) was the acoustics in the restaurant. If you're looking for something quaint and quiet, this is not the place. It was loud & noisy. But it was a joyous noise. Just bring ear muffs if you are sensitive. Thanks to all the congenial and eager staff at First Watch for a fantastic meal and a top quality culinary experience! PS, you won't need ketchup for the potatoes, but if you must have some, feel free because the ketchup is specially made for them from whole ingredients and zero artificial flavors or sweeteners. I go here for fancy tacos and great margaritas in a casual setting. I appreciate that their menu clearly specifies which items have dairy and gluten. Sam was our waiter tonight. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our whole table was taken care of.

First timer and will return. Fantastic burgers and fries. Got gluten free bun and was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. Food was 20+ minutes old (we were late for a pickup order) and was still amazing! Girl at pick up counter was very nice and helpful! (2 gf buns, one regular)

We celebrated a birthday here and reserved a private room. Our server, Said, was nothing short of amazing and even brought out a surprise birthday treat! The food is family style so you get to try a little of everything. There is a full page of vegetarian options and a full page of gluten free options. Highly recommend!
