It's now order at the counter and then the food is brought to our table. We used to have one in our town awhile ago so we stopped in. The lady at the counter helped me with gluten free options. I ordered a burger with a salad because the fries are cross contaminated. The burger was huge, but delicious. I ordered it well done, but it still had some pink because it is think. I couldn't eat all of the food. I would recommend splitting the meal.

The food. Let me just tell you about this FOOD. So, so yummy! We came in because we were stopping at the winery on the property (not recommended, actually a horrible experience) So we left there to go here. Our server was absolutely fantastic. Wish I’d have gotten her name. She was super patient with one of our girlfriends who is gluten intolerant, and all of her questions. (They have a gluten free menu btw, she was in heaven actually getting to eat good food for a change). Anywho:
When you sit down, they bring everyone a little drink. Apple julep I think they said? Really yum and refreshing. And a basket of apple fritters.
I had fried catfish, mashed taters, and collard greens. Comes with soup too, I had loaded baked potato soup. Indescribably yummy!! Breading on the catfish was perfect. Not too heavy and not too light. Dude they got their stuff all the way figured out. Everyone else loved what they ordered as well. Only wish we’d have been able to get our leftovers for takeout, but we had a 4 hour drive home and leftover fish probably would not have fared well, ha. Anyway, if you’re in the area and hungry for some excellent food, GO!!!

Very local, small town atmosphere which we love. The service was very prompt and friendly. Best casual meal we had in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg. We ate here twice and loved the brisket plate, pulled pork sandwich, and brisket baked potato. Prices are fair and the food is top notch. The meat, potato salad, baked potato, green beans, and baked beans caused no reaction for my gluten allergy, so definitely a good place for people that are wary of gluten.
