Do I need to make many comments:
- Service was extremely understaffed and overwhelmed: we sat down and couldn't order for 20 minutes. The waitress had told us we'd have to wait a bit, but I still thought 45 minutes was too long. I think they should hire more staff.
- I thought the size of the drinks was quite small for the price.
- They display cakes at the counter, but they're not "ready" to eat for an hour. I still didn't get it after an hour, but that was due to the service.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you really have a lot of time...

I visited the restaurant with a friend. Ordering was convenient and easy via iPad. The best part: gluten-free sushi and other delicacies, including soy sauce... We simply ordered everything gluten-free, and it was all delicious. The rice was perfect and not heavy, the fish was extremely fresh, and the seasonings, such as the pickled ginger and wasabi paste, were very tasty and superbly prepared. We enjoyed every sushi roll and were happy that we chose Kaizen. The service was friendly and very accommodating. Everything went quickly, and we were happy. We'll be back!

There are vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes, so there is something for every taste.
We had a lovely meal there and it's going on my personal "gluten free breakfast/brunch options" list. Unfortunately, I cannot say how suitable it is for people with celiac disease regarding Kross contamination etc.
