My family (3 of us) went out to grab a coffee and a sweet treat. We ordered an iced caramel latte, a mocha and a cappuccino, along with a twix brownie, cookie and a gluten free mint biscuit cake (don’t even know what to call it).
The total came to around €24-25.
First of all, the twix brownie and the cookie were okay. The gluten free biscuit was awful, my mum had to dig into it with a knife and it was near impossible to cut, she would have broken her teeth if she tried to eat it normally.
They got my order wrong, they gave me a regular latte so I brought it to their attention and the woman seemed as though I was inconveniencing her. Around 10 minutes passed and the iced latte finally came and there was no caramel. I also did not appreciate the attitude of the woman serving us. My mum also asked for a pot of boiling water and the waitress basically threw it on the counter and walked away. We were absolutely stunned. I will not be returning as the price point clearly does not match the service.
