I’ve been living in Maastricht for 6 years now and every time one of my friends or my family visit me here, I take them here for brunch. The atmosphere is super cozy, the personnel is incredibly nice and the food is delicious! I also love the variety that they bring in the menu through seasonal specials, and no matter if you eat anything or if you have any restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten, allergies etc), you will find great options on their menu. Ate with a large group upstairs, food is okay but certainly not special. The small salads as a starter are quite large. Each main course comes with a standard salad with a lot of dressing, actually a waste. The salmon was unfortunately dry and with the pasta with salmon the salmon was not baked, both were disappointing. You also have to pay extra for gluten-free options, it is nice that the options are there but a considerable surcharge.

But what is very negative: for two normal burgers (the first on the list at 18.95 each) that were so incredibly dry that the bun fell apart and felt like it had been warmed up again from the day before, two cokes and a small fries with mayo (fries totally greasy) €74.50 is just absolutely cheeky! Not again!

The owner takes all food allergies seriously and she does her best for people on a diet. This was the first restaurant where I was very thoughtfully given a gluten-free cookie with tea after dinner. The fries are fried separately here and are served in a large cone. We drank a glass of delicious Limburg white wine with our fish. We definitely do not regret this!
We started with a Cava, soon followed by a delicious fresh soup.
The choice of sweet and savoury - divided over two rounds - was more than sufficient and tasty. You could drink delicious cold Orange Juice and various types of tea without limits, as well as coffee if desired.
Extra compliments for the gluten-free snacks: excellent! We were able to dine for more than two hours.
Everything was well taken care of, the service staff very friendly and attentive, regularly asking if everything was to your liking. And the price? Very fair!
In short: five stars, richly and richly deserved!!

Daughter completely panicked (she did not understand this due to her disability). Ultimately, I found someone else and discussed it calmly. And it turned out completely fine. We had a delicious meal. We really had the best experience here. We celebrated our wedding here with a large group. The owner thought along well and the staff is super nice and helpful. All our guests talked about how good the beds were and how beautiful the rooms are. The breakfast was also very well organized and dietary requirements such as gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk were taken into account!
