Fact: there is no food suitable for celiacs. Although the nachos, tacos and quesadillas are made with corn tortillas, the kitchen does not ensure that there is no cross contamination.
Yes, there are vegetarian options: the wires, which can be vegetarian or without cheese for vegans; the cheese and guacamole quesadilla, the nopales taco with cheese and the zucchini toast 😉
