My daughter had found this fish and chip shop to go to on Our visit to Skegness on Easter Sunday the main reason being because saying it was because one member of out group is gluten free said they done gluten free fish and chips on the website perfect we thought
We was in the Queue for 30 minutes to be told they don’t do gluten free we said it states on your website that you do and that is why we have come here she said we haven’t done gluten free for 3 years which really shocked us that it was still stated on the website they did she was saying something about they didn’t know the PIN code to change it the person walked out in disgrace after waiting that amount of time
We did get our fish and chips and mushy which were actually very nice
Just a shame they hadn’t put a notice up to to let customers know that they DO NOT DO ANYTHING GLUTEN FREE.
Unfortunately we won’t be going back to this fish and chip shop when on a day trip to Skegness .
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS IF ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP ARE GLUTEN FREE SO DISSAPPOINTING
A charming spot with a welcoming vibe, known for its accommodating menu and ample options for various dietary preferences—definitely worth a visit!

Food was delicious, had a steak and cheese baguette with chips and my partner had a gluten free Tuna baguette with chips. The service was pretty slow, food took nearly 30 minutes for 2 baguettes! But they were worth the wait
With a spacious kids' play area and entertaining options, this spot is perfect for families, but ordering could be a tad more convenient.

Most of our meals were lovely, besides the chicken curry as the chicken was too dry. However the children's meals, the steaks and the hunters chicken were perfect.
Unfortunately one meal arrived missing onion rings, however this was quickly rectified. The gluten free meal was plentiful and again, very tasty (I also had the steak), and the menu was also clear on which meals were gluten free, dairy free or both. Again with the vegetarian/vegan menu, it was clear to read and several options available.
The free soft play and outdoor playground were loved by our children, and the entertainment was very good.
The downsides are that you have to order your food from one till, but then need to queue up again to order drinks as they will not allow you to order them with your meal.
Further, one of the entertainment staff was rather short with us when we attempted to speak to them. We simply wanted to ask if they could say happy birthday to my daughter, and we did not approach them whilst they were busy or performing etc, however she was very short and dismissive. Even a polite "no" would have been acceptable.
Overall, we would gladly visit again if we were to be in Ingoldmells.
