They paid close attention to our order and went above and beyond with their service, honestly, some of the friendliest service I’ve experienced anywhere.
One detail that really stood out to me personally: I ordered my burger without a bun due to a severe gluten allergy. Without missing a beat, the employee taking my order immediately asked if it was allergy telated and made sure it was handled with extra care. They even went so far as to bag my meal separately from the rest of my group’s order. That kind of attention to detail is rare, especially in quick service settings.

Server was very helpful and relayed good severe food allergies to kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen does not follow instructions and my salad was contaminated with gluten. I have celiac disease and any gluten makes me seriously ill for days if I encounter flour or anything made from wheat...of course the kitchen buried croutons in the salad which I did not discover until I took a full bite of lettuce including CROUTONS MADE FROM FLOUR.

They heard gluten-free bread and proceeded to wipe down all the equipment and pull fresh ingredients out of the fridge. The food was amazing and the service was son point. We had a newer server but she was very friendly and fast. The Kiwi Margarita was awesome as well. The Birria is my favorite and there are Gluten Free Options. I had the chicken and steak Fajitas. They also have a taco Tuesday special for half price tacos and live music on the weekend. I was on vacation and I came in for dinner by myself. Everyone was very friendly, the tables were clean and the ambiance was beautiful. I am very happy I stopped in. My husband and I stopped in for lunch, I had a Culvers bacon deluxe Gf bun of course. It's so cool that they have an option for gf buns for us celiac peeps. My husband had a Sourdough melt and a side salad. Both sandwiches were really good..and of course expected them to be..since I've never eaten bad food from any Culvers restaurant. But anyways Kudos to you guys and gals for doing such an awesome job..keep it up!!
