Reservations were set for 5pm on a Friday to sit outside. Diana, our waitress, was WONDERFUL!!!!!! She answered any and all questions completely and honestly. Food was better than I expected. I'm gluten free, so options can be quite limited overall, but she made it work perfectly. A lively scene, very vibey. It was getting a little loud by the time I left, but for the 5pm spot, it was fine.
Enjoy a vibrant and inviting spot for healthy bowls and refreshing drinks, perfect for a quick bite and catching up with friends.

Treat yourself to a healthy, quick, and delicious breakfast, lunch, or snack here! Everyone is super nice and after four bowls, we can say, super consistent! You can’t go wrong with the açaí bowls with options to fit any diet (gluten free, vegan, etc). We just wish we were in town longer to go more!
Fast service and a great atmosphere make this spot perfect for any meal, with a welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back for more.

Service was super good and super fast, our waitress Jennifer was amazing. I have an egg allergy and can’t eat gluten due to celiac disease, and the staff and chef were very knowledgable and made me a safe meal I was confident eating. Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
A laid-back spot by the water with big portions, tasty dishes, and a fun atmosphere, perfect for beachgoers looking to unwind.

Had dinner here on our first night in town and it set the bar very high. Was unquestionably the best meal we had in Ft. Lauderdale.
I’m gluten free, the waiter was knowledgeable about what could/couldn’t be prepared for me. I had the “Yard Bird”, which was the juiciest chicken I’ve ever had. Wife and I shared the Dip Duo and Scoobies. Both were great. She had the lobster roll. We went to some other top rated restaurants in the area and they didn’t come close. Definitely a must go.
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, known for creative breakfasts and fresh juices, making it a must-visit for a delightful meal experience.

We discovered this little gem for breakfast and visited two mornings in a row. Gluten free bread options and very creative and delicious avocado toast. My husband ordered something different each day and loved both. Mimosa and Bellini pitchers too! If I ever go back to Ft. Lauderdale it will be to have breakfast here
Wonderful little dinner spot! Very interesting and unique peruvian fish dishes, quite nice to try! Kind server who helped ensure my brother and I that many of the menu items are both gluten and dairy free!
A favorite Fort Lauderdale gem known for its delicious seafood and a variety of menu options to satisfy different tastes.

Service was great. Mussels and calamari app was delicious. Asked about gluten free options and provided many choices. Snapper was delicious. My wife had swordfish but preferred my dish. Provided gluten free bread for starter dish. Will return.
