They make no effort to tell you.they use msg. My child reacted violently to this NEUROTOXIN and had a violent reaction. Plus they apparently don't check their bathrooms often. There was TOXIC waste over flowing from the waste bins,including unwrapped tampons, enough to gag a maggot, their."custard" is made with corn syrup, and their gluten free buns are the worst I've ever tasted. They , in small letters, let you know cross contamination is likely. The memory of my experience there ruins my appetite still.
So new location. Have been here a few times so far. Wife and I had a little date lunch there today and it was great. She is gluten free and the sandwich she had was great. Mine was perfect. Staff super friendly and nice. Quick service and they made it easy. Clean tables and interior. Go ahead and have a nice Jersey Mike's day.

As someone that has Celiacs, this will definitely be my new pizza spot! They have the option for a complete change out of the materials that are used that could be cross contaminated, and send it through a conveyor belt with a pan that hasn’t been touching gluten. The pizza was fantastic and Bryan and Ethan were both very helpful and friendly, great customer service! Thank you Crust, we will be back!

I just finished my JM "Big Kahuna" on the gluten-free bread. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The staff was working hard during the lunch rush - great attentiveness and communication. There was a slight delay in getting the meal out to me, but they were proactive and let me know they were working on it before I was even aware there was a delay.
Good job, guys - keep up the great work!

This place is awesome. Not only is it nice to support a local small business, but the service is great. Don't know what you want? She will help you find something that suits you. Even went as far as to pick up a couple of Gluten free items so my wife who had Celiac could enjoy her coffee as well. That kind of service can not be overlooked.

It didn’t look like much from the outside, but so fun on the inside. I have celiac, so it is common for me to experience a very limited menu, not the case with this place. I would have been able to have most of the burgers on their menu. I opted to have their Cheeto burger with flaming Cheetos on a GF bun, so fun and adventurous. After lunch my friend and I decided to try some ice cream and they had GF cones also. I have had to eat gluten free for almost 15 years and this may be only the second place I have found that serves GF cones in that time. The stag was kind with a great sense of humor you should all go give this place a try.

This was our first time coming here and it did not disappoint! I got the pastrami breakfast and it was some of the best pastrami I've ever had. We also got the brioche mini beignets...hands down amazing. That will be dangerous living so close and I foresee a lot of those in our future.
Ask for the manager for gluten free concerns. She was incredibly knowledgeable and credible on cross contamination.
