Such unique flavors and amazing tacos! They were able to accommodate to my many food allergies, including being gluten free and dairy free and I was able to have a meal in a busy restaurant without any reactions. Friendly staff who although clearly very busy, took the time to ensure the food I was eating was safe for me. Only downside to this place is that they don’t have one in Portland, OR!!

If you say you have gluten free pizza but you tell someone that needs gluten free that you really can't trust how "gluten free" it really is then you don't have gluten free. Very disappointing.
Experience a cozy diner vibe with scrumptious, fluffy waffles and a lively atmosphere that keeps people coming back for more.

This was our first time at Waffles Plus. My overall impression was: the food was decent (they offer a gluten free waffle or pancake option), the atmosphere was old diner vibes, service was great - prompt, friendly, and attentive. However, a little over priced for food quality.
Tucked away in a cozy neighborhood, this neat spot offers unique burgers and a fantastic selection of sodas amidst a bustling atmosphere.

The service was friendly, not super welcoming but not bad. Food was inedible, LOADED with salt. The turkey burger was listed as spicy, which there was a good amount of cumin and pepper but a TON of salt. Actually sent the fries back they were so salty. They offered to make them without salt. How about just a proper amount? Didn't eat half the burger, none of the fries. Got a discount, but yuck. Husbands burger was salty too, and just ok quality. We eat out often, and also cook our own burgers frequently, these were awful. The quality of the meat was far below what you get elsewhere at these prices.
They do have loads of beers and ciders (cans) to chose from, if that's what you're looking for, but the food isn't worth it at all.
Gluten free buns were ok, not great. Dry and bland (which helped soak up the salt).
Enjoy top-notch brews that rival Seattle's best, plus a stellar vibe and chef-driven passion that makes every visit special.

Absolute gem. The food was holy hell amazing. The Cuban was enough to make you weep. 🥹 AND a dedicated gluten free fryer! I think I've died and gone to heaven. I will definitely be back. 12/10 recommend

Friendly place with really decent pizza. The house-made crust is delicious, the gluten free is just OK, not bad. I'd give it 5 stars for in-house made gf crust, but I get it, that is tough to do and keep it fairly non contaminated. The pizza topping selections are great. Atmosphere would be 5 stars, but it gets really noisy and it's really popular, so it's almost always noisy. Gotta love the Perry District!
This spot is a must-try for its diverse menu and delicious offerings, with a cozy atmosphere and quick service that keeps guests coming back.

This crew is always the best. When I order online I have to call in a clarification on my order, and they are always so patient with me! They’re great about keeping things gluten free for me also.

One of my favorite places in Spokane to get coffee ☕ they have a wide variety of flavors and house made options. Many deserts to choose from but being gluten free they usually always have one or two options, all of which have been amazing! Never been disappointed.

I haven't been here much since the pandemic and work from home thing all started as well as the new ownership, but that was obviously a mistake on my part because the coffee and baked goods are even better than I remember. The gluten free stuff is so dang good. The GF blueberry scone is to die for. Everyone can find something yummy to eat here! Their patio is super cute and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed.
Server was nice but very slow. Our appetizer sat on the bar for at least 10 minutes before the cook brought it out to us. Gluten free pizza had good flavor. I’ll be back, but to go.
Charming spot with a unique vibe, offering a variety of options that everyone can enjoy, plus quirky decor to lift your spirits!

I've known one of the owners for years now, and finally got the chance to stop in with a buddy for lunch. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Pickle Macaroni Pasta Salad and the Cheap Date. I think the salad might be my new favorite dish. The sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever eaten. I like that there are gluten-free and vegan options all over the menu as well, so everyone can find something to enjoy. The staff were very friendly and Jenn (the owner) was exceptional. The atmosphere could be hit or miss, depending on your vibe. The building is old (formerly Azar's) and some people might prefer places that are a bit more modern, but I really liked that they kept the original building intact and decorated it with funny paintings of raccoons and Bob Ross (all by a local artist). I will absolutely be stopping by again, and you should too!

It's great that they have a gluten free crust for my wife.

The waitress is super nice!! She is very aware that I am gluten free so I ordered separate fries and a gluten free royal Red Robin burger. Tomorrow is my birthday so I am very happy that she even got me a sundae. I heard a lot of singing and she didn't sing to me which I'm okay with that. Overall, I love going here so thank you!!

We enjoyed the Zucchini pasta Alfredo and Veggie Pizza, we will try the gluten free pizza crusty next time. reasonably priced and we get to enjoy the pizza again tomorrow. Karyl was a Sweet Heart.. Thank you so much
We were disappointed in a couple issues. We had a 5:00 reservation on Christmas Eve at the Twigs on S Regal. It wasn’t busy when we arrived. My wife is Celiac and was disappointed that the peppered salmon was taken off the menu. I love to get the Pesto Chicken, and it was dried out and didn’t taste like it used to. My son got the Coulete steak which he said was good. After starting our meal, the manager seated a table next to us and told them there was a Christmas Eve Special, which was a sirloin steak. Our server never told us of the special. We have enjoyed Twigs for several years and actually have known Jeff & Trevor Blackwell. Hopefully the next time we come back, some of this will be better.

We found this gem early September and have gone there pretty much every weekend since.
The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere is so relaxed, black and white art that our little loves to stare at.
And the food…oh my god!! I try to try something new each visit, but that Banoffee is incredible. My husband gets the gluten friendly version of the chicken chipotle each time so he must love it too. The coffee is great, I love creme brûlée but we’ve tried the UBE latte (favourite of my sisters) and the pandan(no idea how to spell it) it as pretty good to the colour was fu!

Very yummy vegan restaurant with a nice indoor space and outdoor patio. We loved our meals and appreciated their very clear notes on the menu regarding gluten and nuts. I have a nut allergy and am vegetarian and sometimes vegan restaurants make me nervous because nuts are used frequently. This restaurant has lots of nut free options and are very mindful of allergies!

We visited for the first time today around 3pm and it was the absolute best food. Our party of 6 ordered so many different appetizers and not one was mediocre. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Deviled Eggs, Whipped Feta with Honey, and African Peanut Stew. His Old Fashioned and my Anagog were also delicious.
This restaurant is fantastic if you have food allergens - there were multiple options for my vegetarian, dairy and gluten allergy-self and my meat-eating husband with no allergies.
- Only allergen note is to let your server know if you have a nut allergy as they are hidden in many of the dishes but can be made without.
10/10 would recommend!
Expect a bright, casual vibe here with a quirky decor that some find charming, but many think needs a fresh update.

Taco Vado is one of our favorite food joints in Spokane! The tacos and bowls and plates NEVER disappoint. We always leave here satisfied and full!! The staff is always so nice and accommodating to any requests. I love that they have a variety of options for everyone, including vegan and gluten free! The vegan taco plate is incredible, as well as the Jules and the Cali taco! This is our go-to spot for tacos!

Not a fan. A good amount of options especially for gluten free but the Carne Asada plate I had was very bland in flavor and the set up looked like they were trying very hard to make something basic look expensive. Even with the beans and rice there was no seasoning, had to drown everything in salsa to be able to mildy enjoy it. Cute location and friendly staff but food was mediocre.

We heard about the great food and decided to try it out, and we were not disappointed! Smash burgers and the BBBLT were great. One in our party had Celiac and was able to have a delicious burger. The sides were fantastic, and if you like a little heat, then try the Dr. Pepper Chili. The Nutella dessert was pretty fun.
Service was super and the atmosphere was lively. Will keep it on our list of places to revisit.

I can't say enough about how incredible the Pho broth is here... warm, comforting, perfectly balanced... and the owner is super-fun. I'm gluten-free and the owner is very helpful with menu suggestions. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful, One of the very few places that we can receive gluten free meals in Spokane. Thanks for allowing us a evening off of cooking after a long day of shopping.
They have such cool design elements in the restaurant, I truly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere with quiet music in the background. I had the gluten free avocado toast and peppermint tea for breakfast today. The toast was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, by far the best gluten free bread I have ever had! Great place, can’t wait to go back!

Little peeved. That's all, I know I'm being ridiculous, but it's stupid. Also, the fries aren't gluten free, but you can get a gluten free bun. So there's that. Lol
There was a dark haired gal that was immensely helpful as I was trying to order gluten free (or "friendly") menu items. The food was great! I left happy and full!

Save your money and go somewhere else. The gluten free pancakes were mediocre at best. The eggs were inedible - literally dripping with oil. The servers were nice but didn't check in until we were done, no water refills or anything.
WAY too expensive. Will not be back.
Great service! Fast, friendly, and delicious drinks! Wish there was more gluten free food (grab and go style) options but most places lack in this area. Definitely a local chain I enjoy!!

Excellent gluten free pizza. Love their cheese and most of their toppings. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years at the northside location. There has been some mishaps, but more often then not they get it right and its an excellent pizza! I've never been sick (gluten intolerance) from this store/pizza chain.

Nick was a fantastic and friendly bartender! He offered a tasting of the drink I was considering and made pleasant and friendly conversation with all the patrons that he interacted with. He also remembered my name each time I approached to order another drink and gave helpful information about what menu items would be changing month to month, including which would be gluten free.
It was a very nice place to hang out with friends for a game night on the Thursday that I visited. The local run club also visits the bar on Thursdays and can get a little noisy so if you prefer a quieter space you may want to choose another weeknight to visit or arrive pretty early before the run club.
