I often come back to this place. The pizza is very good, even in the gluten-free version that they produce directly. Also positively impressed by the fish starter with raw and cooked options. The flagship of the place is the service and courtesy, especially of the owner. I particularly like the first room upon entering on the right for its refined, intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

Staff really friendly and helpful. The gluten-free sandwiches are delicious, unfortunately it is not easy to find sandwich shops for celiacs and I have found in Mastro Pizza the perfect ally... when we want to eat with my family the sandwich is our safe stop. Highly recommended

We got 5 takeaway pizzas ordered by phone. The prices were higher than the menu on their Facebook page, which is updated 2 days ago. They wouldn't tell us the total order over the phone. The quality of the dough is low. Ditto for gluten-free pizza which has worsened compared to the previous year. To compensate for the complaint about the price, at our request, they gave us 2 cans as a gift.

On holiday in Ragusa I went to this shop on the recommendation of a friend. The place is very nice and welcoming. Mrs. Serena is extremely kind. I purchased a focaccia and some brown rice and sorghum bread. I hadn't eaten such good focaccia since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 15 years ago. Even the bread was no exception, I was only sorry not to have purchased other products but I thought I could return, which was not possible. It's a shame that I don't have such a laboratory in my city of residence. Congratulations to Serena!!!

Very well-kept, pretty atmosphere, great, historic piazza, nice, courteous and attentive staff, high quality of ingredients, long dough maturity, with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. The organic stone oven pizza was delivered in a very short time and was delicious! The dough was slightly burnt on the bottom, but otherwise just right, the tomato sauce was incredibly fruity, and the other ingredients also tasted great! You can taste the quality! We recommend! 👌

I have visited a number of times. Having gluten-free pizza is normally a bit risky but at QUBI it's the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. Fresh and tasty ingredients, soft dough, friendly service. We always arrived between 7pm and 8pm and were served promptly.
