We came across this restaurant by chance. What was our surprise when we discovered this incredible and charming place. First of all, the food is of impeccable quality! It is rare to find such a large choice of gluten-free dishes 🍕 🍝. From starter to dessert, there is something for everyone. Then, the staff is remarkably kind and attentive. Special mention to Enrique with whom we had the opportunity to speak and who was very attentive. Finally, what can we say about chef Sergio! A unique person, he speaks many languages ​​and exudes passion. I'm celiac and came here after reading the rave gluten free reviews. I ordered a gluten free pizza for takeaway. I confirmed when I was paying that the pizza was indeed gluten free - was told yes! I ate one piece once I got home, and felt extremely hesitant that this was really gluten free so I waited to see if I would be okay. After about an hour, I was profusely throwing up the entire contents of my stomach. Either this pizza was NOT gluten free, or it was - but gave me food poisoning. I almost never leave bad reviews - but this experience was awful.

We arrived, unknowingly, half an hour before closing, and they still treated us fantastically. The food is spectacular, delicious, and the service is fantastic. A very cozy place where everything is gluten-free and lactose-free. The woman who served us knew almost no Spanish or English, but she did her best to give us 10 service. I wish I could give more stars. A wonderful place, with great food.

Nice location of the restaurant next to the market in Olhão, nice staff (most of them do not speak English, but the menu is available in several languages ​​and online). The heavy traffic of cars on the street was a bit disturbing when choosing a place in the garden outside. Food good, gluten free pizza correct. Nice time at lunch. A big plus for a conscious gluten-free option.

Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂 Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop. Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average. Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.

A great restaurant with very interesting dishes. Here you can try out/eat a variety of mezze. Very delicious in combination with the gluten-free Laffa. The pizzetas are also great. The best option is to share the Mezze Trio with 2-3 laffa and a pizzeta. So a kind of oriental tapas. Highly recommended and a great experience.

Comment that we did not eat there, we went there expressly because it was indicated that they had gluten-free pizzas but when we got to the door and consulted, they told us that the dough is gluten-free but that it has cross contamination. The effort does not seem logical to me since a celiac is one and since there is cross contamination, the food will affect him. A good point is that they did warn us before entering and at least we didn't have any problems getting sick. I give it the star because we planned the visit thinking that we could eat there and our plans were ruined

Our experience here was amazing, i believe all the pizza can be done gluten free. They also have a seperate oven to cook the pizza in as well. The pizza base was one of the BEST GF bases I have had, was absolutely delicious. I got the Garlic Lover Pizza, 100% recommend

The gluten free fresh homemade pasta was amazing. They assured me they followed all precautions to avoid cross contamination. My husband had a Vienna pizza which he said was good. This is a great place for families. The kids can run around on the patio when they’re finished eating while the parents linger and visit at the table. The owner was so kind. I saw him giving all the kids little lollipops when they finished eating. It was a very nice experience.

Great local family run restaurant! Food was delicious and they were incredibly accommodating of and knowledgable about the gluten free options. Particular highlights were the moqueca, lamb and the Dad’s hot chilli’s for those who like it spicy! Our favourite meal in Vale de Lobo - sad we waited so long to try it!

My favorite Italian restaurant in Cascais fantastic food great service and wonderful place to have lunch or dinner. They also have gluten free pasta! The owner is very sweet and friendly. I feel it’s my home away from home. Also it’s a great location, from here head to the beach or go shopping or sit and people watch.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. Being able to make any change to a menu item, even asking for a bun to be left off, is very rare so I was grateful they let me add mushrooms and shrimp to my pasta. My friend had the pizza which was excellent. Reasonable prices and best of all they have gluten free pasta as well as some other gluten free options. Highly recommend!

The Italian atmosphere can be felt from afar and transports you directly to Rome. The place is welcoming and vibrant, and after so many years in a foreign land I felt at home. We started with a supplì on the phone which literally made me move, continued with the cacio e pepe which left us amazed by its creaminess, the margherita was simply perfect, last but not least a mouth-watering "Boccamisu", "second only to Mamma's" to quote the friend with whom I shared dinner. The fact that they have gluten free and vegan options is the icing on the cake. Simply perfect in every detail. I returned after two days and will return again. Thanks guys!

Fantastic cafe that you would almost walk past. Family friendly with great options for kids. Gluten free options available also. I'm a coeliac, such a treat to eat gluten free pizzas and baguettes. Quality is amazing! Staff are incredibly friendly and the quality and taste of the food is top notch. We've been going back regularly since our first visit. It seems to me like the best kept secret in the Old Village.

Came across The Pizza Lab by chance because they serve gluten-free pizza. This costs €13.50 with 3 ingredients. We took mozzarella and chicken. It was very tasty and our son tolerated it well. We ate a Rustico. This was also very tasty. Gladly again.

They need to change the dough and less salt on the pizzas. With so much on offer, they are light years away from the competition. Congratulations on the gluten-free pizzas for celiacs, the pepperoni one is very good and the ham pizza is not so good.
