Love this pizza place! I don't even need to avoid gluten, but their gluten-free pizza is amazing! We get the No Kissing Tonight - pesto sauce, garlic,... and we add on cashews.
The owner, Scott, is so hospitable and kind. His staff look happy to be there.

Always delicious pizza! I’ve only had a wrong order once and they comped that pizza and made another one the right way for free! I love the gluten free option because my husband has celiac disease.
Solidly good pies. Prices are reasonable, staff is great, they're centrally located for easy pick-up, and deliver quickly. While I go for regular cheese, I appreciate their offering vegan and gluten-free options, too.

Hands down, the best pizza around! There are so many options for making the perfect personalized pizza; including gluten-free options. Uncle Howie's absolutely outrates the pizza chains. It's the perfect place for birthday parties, sports team parties and any other celebrations due to its ample-sized rooms. The playroom is always a bonus for the kids in your party. Uncle Howie's makes for an all-around good time!
I can't argue with other reviewers. The décor is nothing special but that's not what the place is about. It's all about the best pizza in Redlands (and probably beyond). It's even good enough that a gluten intolerant family member would rather eat the pizza than go without. Crusts are always cooked to perfection, the standard sauce is superbly spiced and flavorful, toppings are fresh. We plan to visit every time we're in Redlands!
La Volata is full of surprises! I have a Gluten sensitivity, not celiac, and I can eat their pizza dough without any reactions. I love to come here in the evening and grab a glass of wine and a pizza. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly; they actually make you feel like family! And their pizzas are soooo good! My favorite is the Funghi pizza, YUMM! I order take-out from here too and it is always a great choice when we do not feel like cooking and want a great pizza!
