I was really in the mood for good pizza... Please take into account that the pizza I ordered was gluten free, so to be fair, there is only so good that it can be. That said, I didn't love the crust which was a bit hard and the taste wasn't great. That aside, the spinach salad was tasty.

Rosatis is one of our favorites places in town. They have excellent food, even for someone like me who is gluten and dairy-free! Their GF pizza is very tasty and the Italian sausage is phenomenal. I ordered take out and whoever was on the phone was lovely, I have celiac so I have to be gluten free, fully. The lady helped answer my questions, send me with a little note and the gluten free blackened chicken Alfredo was phenomenal and i didn't get sick a bit. I cant wait to go back!!

MY FIRST REVIEW: I've been many times. Some dishes are just okay. Don't trust their gluten free. But, also, I'll be back.
MY REVISION: So, I posted before and said not to trust gluten free - then I got a response about the pizza crust, which may very well be (probably is) trustworthy. My daughter ordered gluten free pasta and got some regular pasta on the plate mixed in. There might be a number of reasons for this, and it might be a fluke. But she didn't realize until it was too late and paid the price later. I really get how difficult this is as I cook for my daughter. Also, as I said before, some dishes are just okay. In fairness, some are excellent too. I did give it 5 stars, and am leaving it that way. I'd love to hear from others who've had positive gluten free experiences and maybe I can get my daughter to come back and try again.

I never do reviews but I can’t help myself this time. I LOVED this place when it first opened. That said I will NEVER return. We got take out. Ordered the portobello sandwich without the bun, cant have gluten and the Mediterranean salad. I can’t eat the fries because my stomach can’t tolerate the oil they cook them in. The portobello was nonexistent I called them to ask them where it was. It wasn’t stuffed with anything! The Mediterranean salad was mixed green w a TON of olives and roasted red peppers as filler and I mean filler was just thrown on top of the portobello to I guess hide the fact it looks nothing like a stuffed portobello! The staff is nice. The location is decent. I’m completely disappointed with what Pies has become.

The pizzas were fresh and hot. Gluten free pizza tasted great! My son loved the meatball sub. My boyfriend loved the wings. The cheesecake is really good, definitely worth ordering! They delivered earlier than the original time, which was awesome!! They even called to double check which sauce we wanted on the Margarita pizza. We will definitely order from here again!! Great food and great service!
