Absolutely horrible. GF pizza crust was so hard you couldn’t bit it or even cut it. No seasoning what so ever. Cheese was rubbery. Regular pizza is even worse. Way overpriced for crappy pizza

Fabulous GLUTEN FREE pizza in downtown Chicago. They cannot guarantee it won’t be cross-contaminated because it’s not a gluten free kitchen, but I did not get sick. The waitress actually asked if there were any food allergies. They also have a number of pastas that are gluten free that I would love to have tried. Downstairs, they have a bakery with at least two gluten free dessert options. I had this delightful chocolate dessert. It was all very, very good!
This vibrant spot offers a covered, heated patio with stunning river views, creating an energetic, beach club-like atmosphere with light wood decor and lively music. It is a rare find for gluten-free diners, featuring a dedicated fryer and a separate oven for cauliflower crust pizzas, ensuring a safer experience for those with gluten sensitivities.

Great experience at Pizzeria Uno. Medium deep dish easily feeds 2 people. Numero Uno pizza was delicious. All the toppings were cooked perfectly and were so fresh. We ordered bbq chicken pizza with gluten free crust and the gluten free crust is thinner than the regular deep dish.

We ordered a Gluten free crust pizza for delivery and the pizza was not cooked through, it was doughy and inedible. I left friendly feedback on their website and the response back was "Sorry the GF wasn't cooked enough."
That's it, no offer of a refund or any consolation. I understand stuff happens, but the pizza and service response was disappointing to say the least, seems like they don't really care about their customers.
