I walk in and ask for a large Gluten free pizza. They said okay, they could do that. I see a person in the back mopping up and it looks like they're closing. So I ask. " Hey, I see someone back there mopping up, is this okay? I have no issue going somewhere else if you guys are trying to get out of here." Person at the register says "it's up to her" (the person mopping) she says it's fine. So I ordered my gluten free pizza to go and what I got was terrible. Under cooked, bitter raw onions. I took one bite and called to say i wanted a refund. Terrible. I gave the option of me not ordering when I saw the person cleaning up. I wouldn't have been upset. I got a "no, it's fine. What do you want"? I'm unhappy. This pizza is raw, doughy and the onions are so bitter it makes me question if the sausage is even cooked. I got wings too. Are they done? I didn't go out and buy dinner just to have to cook it myself. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible service. Never going back

First time ordering the gluten free crust and it is amazing! Very flavorful and crunchy. I had half sausage and mushroom and half honey fig and it was divine. I would definitely order again.

We're huge fans of Montelupo in our house. The pizza is delicious. Love the different flavors they offer. I do wish the gluten free had a bit more sauce and cheese, like the simple red. The radicchio salad is delicious. We do miss the market now that it's moved over to Monty's but we can just pop over there, and now try their new restaurant for dinner. :)

I used to live within walking distance but I still drive here from across town cause they always get 3 things right. In my opinion pizza must have crust with some crunch, and not be too doughy or thick, delicious sauce and enough of it, enough cheese that you don't need to order extra. Most Portland places fail the sauce AND cheese if not all 3, but Bridge City nail all 3 every time. For the prices most places leave me unimpressed if not still hungry... but I split mediums from here with my wife and there is always enough leftover for a good lunch for both of us the next day too. 10 years later, I still always get well sauced pizza with enough toppings and big enough to eat for days, and I think they're delicious too, and as for service... it's a pick up joint. How much service do you need? Hand me a hot tasty pizza on time and I'm happy, and from here I always have been. They've never messed up the timing or my order... in 10 years... so... I don't know where all those horror stories come from... maybe don't have your phone on speaker, and order well in advance on the weekend... common sense. . Portland's been filling with whiny transplants who want everything gluten free and artisan with cbd on top.... f×××... just gimme a large delicious well sauced cheese slathered pizza... good toppings... etc.. I don't need my a×× kissed on the way out. Bridge City is THE best in town.

Ordered a small gluten free pizza on Grub Hub and they straight up didn't make the order because the could up charge us? Glad our friend doesn't get to eat with us because of that. Try someone where else.
