Placed a takeout order for a salad and brownie and asked for my salad to be gluten free and without feta cheese. I checked the brownie when I got in the car and found the ice cream fully melted, but didn’t want to complain so I went home. Got the food home and found a piece of bread and small bits of feta in the salad. It’s things like this that make me especially frustrated that restaurants prompt for a tip on service you haven’t received, and orders/food that you don’t even know if it’s satisfactory yet. Unfortunately, I felt guilty not tipping so I paid extra for an order severely lacking in service.
So disappointed.
I had the Alexander sword chicken souvlaki and it was great! I have celiac disease (gluten allergy) and the waitress Nevada was very knowledgeable about the menu and knew the dish was 100% gluten free, even the rice!. It was delicious and a huge portion! Everything was awesome and I will be back! So nice to have something this great local! My husband had the moussaka and also loved his dish!
